The room smelled clean and fresh. No lingering smells, very clean and quiet. The staff was polite and very helpful when needed. The room was a good size and i liked the space i had for hanging my clothes and the dresser space. I was worried about the airport but to be honest didn't hear anything at all.

My only complaint would be the food was a little cold and the starbucks didn't taste right. All in all it was decent food, the staff was very busy and trying to help everyone as fast as possible.

The hotel & facilities are beautiful. I chose this location due to needing a last minute stay & location near the airport. All the staff I interacted with were amazingly friendly & welcoming! This is not my experience at all hotels (I travel frequently for work). My room was exceptionally comfortable & I slept better than I’ve slept in some time. Thank you!

I realize there is a restaurant/bodega that serves food; however, the breakfast options are limited & I was unable to have breakfast. I prefer a hot breakfast (biscuits & gravy, potatoes, fresh fruits, pancakes, etc - something not eggs/cheese). The foods available are overpriced & not everyone wants Starbucks at a hotel. This is the only reason that kept me from giving full stars.

Food was made well and the employees were super nice. The beds, room, and bathroom were really comfortable and clean. Employees super helpful and kind. Location by airport was SUPREME - a 3 minute walk (shuttle also available), which was way easier in dealing with airline delays than trying to get ahold of them on the phone.

No complementary food and it was expensive. No enforcement of indoor masking mandates at ALL. We were worried we would become sick / spread disease. Lastly, our room was SO LOUD. We weren't far down the hall from the lobby and we could hear EVERYTHING. We were disturbed all hours of the night and did not sleep well. Furthermore, we could hear everything our neighbors said and they disturbed us all night.

the rainforest coffee in the room is terrible. Eco toilets not good they’ll hardly flush a piece of toilet paper down the toilet had to get a plunger from the front desk. While getting the plunger front desk was booking a room for Saturday night for $25 less than what I just paid for Friday night another disappointment especially in this day and age.

Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I mentioned to the front desk is that I was disappointed that we did not have clean, sanitized glasses in our bathroom--we had to use the paper coffee cups.

Far and away the best thing about this hotel is it’s staff. Uniformly, in the past few years I have stayed here, the staff goes beyond what is expected to offer comfort and service.

It is a bit pricey, but the convenient location and the service merit the cost.

Location was excellent. I walked from the airport to the hotel - that was a real plus for me. The room was very big, very clean, very quiet and comfortable.

The mattress was a little hard for me; also it would be nice to have some tea bags too.

Breakfast was really good. I was expecting buffet.

Quality of the room not that much greater compare to other Marriott.
