The owner had remodeled the rooms. Mine was like an apartment, spacious with a full size kitchen and large bathroom. And it was done very well, as if it was his own home. The bed was comfortable. The room coffee was good. There was a good Mexican restaurant just 2 doors away. And it was easy to get to and get out of. And the parking lot was well lit.

Very little to not like. Biggest thing was it needed dark shades. The blinds, though nice, did not keep out the light. I would have likes a grab rail in the shower.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room had recently been renovated. The bathroom has an updated sink and toilet and the new tile and glass sliding shower door were modern and sleek. The room also featured a full size oven. I could’ve baked a Turkey in it! The absolute saving grace though was the air conditioner, which worked like a charm and kept the room comfortable while outside temps were over 100 degrees.

Don’t love the location, but I never felt unsafe.

We were greeted by a really friendly team when we arrived even though we got in extremely late. The bed was incredibly large and comfortable - just what we needed after a long day of driving! I liked being able to park right outside our room, it made unpacking and repacking very convenient.

There was nothing I didn't like. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our requirements.

I was very satisfied. I stayed in one of their remodeled rooms. it had upgraded room fixtures, bathroom, kitchen, bed and bedding. The manager was eager to accommodate. He was sincere, knowledgeable and very nice The room was a spacious and very comfortaa=ble. I am looking forward to my next trip thru Medford.

We liked how cute and comfortable the rooms were. The guy who checked us in was very kind and patient, which I really appreciated. The room was the perfect size for a couple.

I didn’t love the parking situation, there wasn’t a lot of spots and it felt very open.

We stayed in room 101. I like that it did not have a unit above, most here do not. I was extremely quiet even though it was on a busy street. The room was brand new an exceptionally clean. Close to shopping and dining.

No ice maker.

Clean, no frills accommodations for the budget minded traveler. We rested well and were on our way in the morning with no hastles.

Nothing. Things were exactly as we expected and we were ready to resume our travels in the morning.

Brand new. Clean. Had a full kitchen. Solid AC. Amazing stay.

They didn’t provide any hand soap for the bathroom or kitchen. The body wash doesn’t not count as hand soap.

Umesh was awesome, the new rooms are very well done. the kitchenette is a great amenity. close to downtown, easy walking distance.
