Staff was one of the most helpful and kind lady's I've delt with at a hotel and I travel often so that says alot. We got in late and she allowed a late checkout without extra charge. She came to make sure we had towels for the pool and showed us all the amenities. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cleaning staff was slightly loud but nothing to really complain about.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was updated, clean and we were traveling with our small dog. Breakfast was included and had great options. The taco truck in the next parking lot had some of yhe best food north of the border!

There is a small park in front which would have been great for our dog but the homeless were there all day and night so we did not feel safe and worried about our truck and trailer. There was a guy with a skateboard who seemed to be dealing drugs to them from his broken down truck in the next parking lot.

A gentleman by the name of Mynor checked me in on the first night of my three night stay. He was outstanding! Helpful, efficient and informative about the area (dining, shopping etc). Very pleasant, personable and accommodating, couldn't have asked for more. Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast server people were hard workers and also very accommodating ! good stay, I will be back next year.

I think the bathtub/shower didn't drain very well at all. I think it was room 213.

The bed was very comfortable. Big and deep bathtub. The hot tub was very relaxing.

the room we had was on the 4th floor that didn’t have any black out curtains, it only had sheers. so we got all the outside lights coming in. making it difficult to sleep. Also I understand that the hotel is pet friendly. But the neighbors we had next door had a barking dog. any time there was a slight noise in the hall the dog would bark throughout the night.

Bed was super comfy, bathroom is huge, clean and felt safe. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast.

Too many kids in the pool. Not the hotels fault. I wish hotels had an adult only swim at the end of the night for people who just want to enjoy the pool without kids. I love kids but they are loud in an indoor pool. They were having the best time it seemed like.

I loved the full breakfast and the very pleasant front desk staff very friendly, mindful and very considerate! The older blonde associate went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible and made our experience unforgettable! You guys need more women like her on your staff and in this world!

There was a housekeeper i won’t mention that had an atttitude towards us for no apparent reason but other than that our stay was very pleasant

The location was right off the freeway close to different stores and also restaurants as well as the staff was very accommodating and friendly the rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable the breakfast was great it was definitely a good place to stop and sleep for the night and they have an indoor pool

The room smelled like cigarettes. The desk guy gave us some Fabreeze,which worked for the 1st night. When we returned to the room on the 2nd night, the cigarette smell was back. And the smell stayed with us for the rest of our trip.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was lacking, sausage and eggs were running low or out every time I came in no matter what time it was. I was there for 4 nights and did the breakfast every morning. The breakfast area was not kept up, trash full from the day before etc. I could tell you were having staffing issues.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. WiFi was good (which is the most important thing for me when traveling). Comfortable room for the price. Good breakfast with waffles, yogurt, and fruit 😊. Beds were comfortable.

The shower curtain did not close all the way so it was impossible not to get water on the floor. Otherwise, everything was fine.
