I liked that this hotel was in downtown. It's within walking distance of many restaurants downtown (just head north a block or two). Around the corner on the same block there is a great breakfast location (Buttercloud Bakery & Cafe) it has a great number of biscuits and eggs dishes. Overall I had no issues with the motel. It felt safe, was clean, staff were nice, and price was very reasonable.

My king size bedroom was a little small. But for a single person I didn't mind much. I didn't spend much time in room as I was visiting family and mainly out and about. The room does get a little stuffy for 80 degree weather outside but thankfully they have AC in the rooms. If you don't mind running AC at night (which can be noisy) it's fine.

The stuff was awesome, very nice and courteous I left my pillow in the room in my way to Seattle and in my way back I also stayed at this same hotel and the saved my pillow because I previously booked both days to stay there , it confortable, very knit and clean very well painted I will always stay in the future there.

The property was immaculate! everything was super clean! I felt safe and secure while traveling through! traveling alone with a toddler can be tricky but the property was easy to get to, safe, super clean and we slept like babies!!

I was on a drive from Portland to my home in California, a drive I often take to visit my children. I always take two days for this trip and always look for a place to stay on booking.com. It was such a treat to find this wonderfully run, non-chain motel. All is new and fresh, and no expense has been spared for the bed and bedding. Such a wise investment! The staff was exceptional. I left my laptop in the room and when I was about two hours away from Medford I got a phone call from the manager. He quickly took care of this mistake of mine, going to a local mail box store to put the manager of that store in touch with me. Now, only two days later, I have my laptop. Many, many thanks to all involved. And many, many thanks for such a restful night on such a comfortable bed.

The young man at the front desk was very professional and friendly ! The room was super clean. You can see they did some maintenance like the walls probably been repainted recently. I also really like the cups and the glasses in the room. Little detail but I'm tired of single use items. Same appreciation for the dispenser in the bathroom. The motel is near the main road but it was very quiet and I sleep so well ! And I have to mention the beautiful roses on the property !

The price was a bit too high for a motel but we also booked last minute on a week end so our bad 😅

My room looked like it could have been recently remodeled because everything seemed new, very modern accessories, really clean, great TV and a lot of channels, beautiful bathroom. Great location, easy access to I-5. And the manager was really friendly, upgraded my room on a slow evening. Parking is right in front of our rooms. Very cheerful, colorful painted property, and beautiful, colorful flowers outside. I love this motel.

Management was enthusiastic and helpful. I asked for a breakfast recommendation. Management recommended a restaurant around the corner. It was hands down the most delicious breakfast I have ever eaten! Fresh baked biscuit for eggs Benedict with bacon, avocado, and micro greens. Mmmm. My room had bright accent colors, was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed!

We valued the effort that has recently gone into sprucing up this downtown motel. There were plenty of cool design touches that improved comfort and aesthetics over a standard hotel room. We were impressed with the coziness and feel of the place and will certainly return. Also the location is ideal!

The location is a bit sketch, it seems ideal being downtown within walking distance of restaurants and shops but downtown Medford needs to clean itself up. I felt safer in downtown Portland if you know what I mean and can believe it.

pleasant desk clerk, did not hear other motel occupants through the walls. cable tv. air conditioning worked well.

only plantation shutters on the window, so the parking lot light shone through all night - needs curtains. Room smelled though desk clerk explained it was the previous occupant. very loud AC, though it created white noise to drown out late night traffic.
