This was rented for my son’s wedding honeymoon. The couple was absolutely thrilled with their experience and as a result we will be renting for future events. Thank you so much!

They enjoyed the view with the recliner chairs and the fireplace. They enjoyed that binoculars were available which enhanced the wildlife watching.

Fantastic location! Huge room size, full, well-stocked kitchen, deck with ocean view. The property was well maintained. Lots of windows with curtains. Had additional chairs and loveseat for relaxing. Felt like our own apartment. Felt like home. We stayed in unit 103. No complaints at all & would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Quiet location away from the crowds.

People near us had very noisy kids running & screaming into the night! I had to tell them to quiet down because their parents didn't! Note: Parking is quite a way from your door. Our unit (103) was at the end of a long boardwalk & 2 sets of stairs. If mobility is an issue, it might be a problem. I didn't mind it but thought I should point it out.

The room was very clean, and it was decorated very nicely. I loved the kitchen! It has a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and even a dish washer. It had more than enough dishes and pans. It has a balcony with a great view and a nice gas fireplace. Very comfortable.

There wasn't really much I didn't like. If I had to say something, it would be that there was a baby upstairs the second night. I could hear it, but it wasn't too bad. The room seemed well insulated.

We didn’t want to leave!! Beautiful, very comfortable, and everything you could want. We loved the way the room was decorated, the balcony, views, and the way the whole complex was designed and thought out. We can’t wait to go back for a longer stay next time. It was also very fun being kids again having s’mores out on the lawn in the evening.

It would have been nice to thank someone in the office when we left, as well as talking about other studios in the complex with different views.

The room was great and the kitchen very well equipped. The view of the beach was fantastic. You could lie in bed and watch the ocean. The staff recommended restaurant in Newport was very good, fresh fish, fresh vegetables and rice.

The occupants of the room above were very heavy footed and seemed to walk about a lot.

It was so cute and cozy! We were there for our first anniversary, and we had a wonderful getaway. Fresh flowers on the table to great us, a fully stocked kitchen a beautiful view it was perfect.

this place was great - i was sad, we could only stay for one night. the moment we stepped in to the room - lets say appartment - i felt home. it was super cozy und comfy, we did not miss anything. the place was so big - we had three floors: one living room with dinner table, one bedroom, one bathroom (all in all it was divided in to three rooms!!!). the kitchen was equipped superbe - better than home lol. i was sad we had to leave, would have loved to stay soooo much longer. it was also super clean and in a good shape. yes, it was a little outdatet (but the bathroom was new i guess), but i loved the place because of this: it felt like staying at grandmas house lol. would love to return one day (for several days). the location is stunning - i mean looking at the beach/ocean while having breakfast or waking up!?!

there was nothing that we missed. it was perfect.

I loved the view of the property from our bedroom and in the living room! I also loved how clean and cozy it was.

the Wi-Fi was terrible!

Everything was better than perfect. The room, the staff, the ammenities. Everything was exceptional. A lovely experience.

Access to the beach was limited because of a stream. Bringing rubber boots would have solved the problem had we known.
