My husband and I made this reservation on short notice for two nights. It was an amazing price. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We were delightfully surprised that the room had a deck with an amazing view of the ocean just steps away. The Promenade in Seaside was right out our door. We loved staying here and will stay again. We had my service dog with us which was no problem at all for the hotel.

They were doing construction in the lobby, so finding the entrance was a little confusing. BUT the construction noise was not heard from our room, and not in any way a hindrance to our stay. The on site restaurant did not serve lunch.

We LOVED the prime location just a couple hundred feet north of the Aquarium and the boardwalk down to the monument. The hotel was very clean with a restaurant/bistro off the lobby. Our room was oceanfront and huge! Likely the nicest Best Western we've ever stayed in layout wise. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the Murphy bed and covered private patio outside.

We went in November and during a cyclone so beach weather was essentially a car wash. That's outside and to be expected, but having to stuff paper towels into the main door jam spaces due to the extreme windy draft that was constant and the heat could barely keep up, but no (hence the paper towels 'weatherstripping'). Not complaining because we got a great deal but it seemed like even very cheap motels have intact weather stripping. We've stayed in various hotels for decades and lots at the beach and this was the 1st time encountering this issue.

Location is great - right on the boardwalk and a short walk from restaurants. Convenient to have a restaurant on site for breakfast (which was not included). Staff was friendly.

As we were only staying for one night, I went for the online deal and got the "city view" room. While still clean and comfortable, the room faced the side street and there was not really a "view" at all. Additionally, the window was right next to the restaurant's dumpster - so it was not ideal to have the window open. If we were staying longer I would have chosen a different room.

The ocean front view is beautiful and we enjoyed eating meals on the balcony. We appreciated having a kitchenette with a mini-fridge for making some meals and not having to always eat out. There is also a restaurant on site, handy for take out. Location is great; steps to the beach, a short walk to town for more restaurants and activities, and a good base for local hikes in the State parks. It was a clean, comfy room, and hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff. Lobby always smelled nice. They use a pleasant air freshener. Beds were comfortable without being too soft or too firm. Linens were crisp and clean.

Our room on the north side of the building had a nice seating area on the balcony but we couldn’t enjoy it because the huge exhaust fan for the building rumbled loudly all day till 10:30 pm. We could hear it’s loud noise in our room and had to turn the tv up louder than we normally would just to hear it. I didn’t get a good nights sleep because of the exhaust fan.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Bianca should be commended and honored for going above and beyond to help and comfort me. She is a GREAT asset to your establishment. At my check in, we were late getting checked in, Mable was excellent and quickly brought up a roll away bed. I had lost one of my adult kids and they gave me a later checkout. A front desk clerk sat with me and comforted me while I waited to hear back from others looking for him. The pool and hot tub were really nice to use with plenty of towels available.

For the cost of the room for 4 nights, $1200, there should have been a continental breakfast provided!!! Lousy parking. Slow draining bathtub. In 2017 we had a mini kitchen in our room but this time that wasn't an option.

Location was great! Amazing view nice and quiet away from all the crazy. Great hotel staff very clean and comfortable.

We were planning on having breakfast at the hotel every morning. Paying for good food wasn't a problem. However we had our 3 teenagers with us and evadintly this was a problem with the older waitress. We seated ourselves and she came out of the back cursing about something to a coworker. Then we heard her mumble how the restaurant wasn't a high-school. We only saw her when she delivered our food. My wife ended up having to go get her own coffee aswell. She was extremely fake and rude. We did NOT return for anymore meals. However the food we received was delicious! Hats off to the chef. I do hope my pre paid tip went to him....

Accomodations were very nice and so was the entire staff. There was an error in booking the stay that I was trying to make. Originally I booked my stay from September 9th to the 12th, but latter I was trying to add to that booking 1 additional night to make my entire stay from September 9th thru the 13th. Upon my arrival I was informed that I had a reservation for only the 13th. I'm not sure how this happened. I had to find another place to stay. I ended up at the Shiloh Inn.

I was disappointed about my reservation but had nothing bad to say about the staff or the accomodations. It was great for the one night stay.

The bed was comfortable, the room was big and had good lighting. The staff was very friendly. Parking is convenient, though I imagine it gets full in the summer. The location is fantastic, literally right on the beach and nearby all the touristy things.

The shower had a swing door where it should have had a slider. I don't know how it is in every room, but in ours the shower and toilet are together in a small room separate from the sink. This doesn't allow enough space for a swing style door on the shower, and we ended up having to straddle the toilet in order to get in and out.

Sausage gravy was very salty, but the rest of breakfast was delicious!

Parking is not really meant for larger vehicles. I have a van and found it challenging. No biggie though. A little more update to the rooms. Our Jacuzzi tub was amazing but you could definitely see the ware and tear from over the years, fireplace didn’t really work. The ocean view was amazing, and the overall comfort for the room was superb. Regardless of the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub, very peaceful stay!
