The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great each morning, there was a variety of things offered from hot to cold breakfast items. The way they do breakfast has changed from what other reviews say, it was buffet style and we were allowed to take as much as we wanted. The pool and hot tub were also great and it was a bonus because they were opened early and closed late. The location of this hotel made everything that we wanted to see and do super easy to get to. There is also a great pretzel place, cafe, cupcake and candy store right across the street which was an added bonus. If you are looking for something fun for the whole family check out the Oldmill Farm tours, this experience really made the trip for us.

The view from our room was of the driveway entrance because of this we could see and hear the traffic from the road.

Staff at the desk were very nice and attentive. As soon as we checked in, there was a problem with our reservation but the front desk clerk "wish I remembered her name " took care of the problem and checked us in early. Our room was 221 and it was big and clean. The bed comfy and ac working nicely ...We also loved the balcony also.

I can't think of anything honestly. Everything from the location, the hotel and grounds and pool and lounge chairs with fire pit and the beautiful flowers and plants that were carefully planted on the grounds. Also the complementary breakfast was delicious!

The continental breakfast was nice with fresh food being brought out quickly to replenish. All in all it was a pleasant stay. It is the only place we stay when we come to Lancaster county. This time is just seemed a bit off than normal. We will continue to come here simply because it is the best motel in the area.

Pool area was nice except hot tub was closed the 1st night due to someone being sick in it. It was opened the 2nd night we stayed but not sure how it was cleaned without draining it. Pool tile needs cleaned along water line. There was writing in the dirt "clean me" but the chlorine level was strong so I'm sure it killed anything harmful. There were very few towels left when we were in the pool area to use. Changes are being made (like the restaurant) so that might have something to do with it or maybe staff shortage.

We throughly enjoyed everything from the friendly attentive staff at check in, the housekeeping staff, especially Abigail who we had attending our room. She was the friendliest person with an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness!! The pool was huge, clean and equipped with lots of clean towels. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of food to suit everyone. The whole hotel was cozy, warm and inviting. Truly home to home experience.

There’s nothing we could complain about.

I loved everything about this property. Very clean, very comfortable, housekeeping daily!! Nice hot showers, comfortable bed, above average continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub were such an added bonus.

Honestly, if I had to pick one thing and it wasn’t a big deal, I am an early riser and would have loved breakfast to start @ 6 instead of 6:30.

Breakfast was great, the room was very clean and well maintained. The entry area is very picturesque, the common area is functional and the coffee/tea is a nice touch. The pool / hot tub were very clean as well as the surrounding areas. We tried this place last year, and really enjoyed it, so we came back. I am fairly certain, this will be a yearly trip.

The only negative at all, which is nothing against the Inn, was that the in house restaurant was closed for renovations. Definitely did not take away from our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable and there was a nice breakfast offer. We especially enjoyed talking to front desk staff, who were very pleasant and helpful. We loved the pool, basketball area and fire pit. And a nice surprise was the small Cafe where we could purchase specialty drinks.

The only thing that could use improvement is the small sofa in the sitting room. It was not the most comfortable.

We liked everything! The lovely girl at reception at check in was so welcoming and genuinely happy and friendly! Our room was clean and spacious with lots of towels and toiletries. The pool was immaculate with a generous supply of towels! Breakfast was plentiful in the restaurant and the staff happy and cheerful. Loved our stay and will return again. The overall vibe is Cosy and feels like home!

We have no faults.

First the two room queen beds was the perfect size for my family, so much room. The staff was wonderful. Front desk was very nice and helpful. But the best thing was housekeeping. It was full housekeeping. Our housekeeper McKayla was wonderful. She should really get a raise. You can tell she took pride in her job. Definitely Best Western will be our hotel of choice. Breakfast was also good

The Clerk that checked us in was very friendly and professional AND he remembered us the next day at the pool. The mid-night clerk was OUTSTANDING!. She was also friendly and professional but went the extra mile and gave me information on a "farmer's market not in the county that was twice as large as any other.I also watched her interact with other customers with care and concern for his/her comfort. You can't teach this! It comes for the heart - I know I had over 40 years in the business before I retired - If I were still working, I would recommend her for a management training position.

Breakfast was "average". Noticed that the amount of hot food was twice the amount needed for the day. Due to the over-supply of hot food it was not "hot" - the eggs were overcooked due to the amount of time on the warmer and some had turned color. Suggest mgt and the food service supervisor track "occupancy vs breakfast consumption for a month so the kitchen can better determine how much food to prepare at different times to match occupancy/consumption. Serving and Eating area were very clean and all other food products presented were fresh. Food staff helpful and professional.
