Location is fantastic! Right downtown in the historic district. You can leave the car and walk to various restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques. it's paid parking, but a large garage is right next to the hotel, and you buy parking through the hotel, and with in and out privileges, it's a good deal.

the housekeeping was spotty service. I didn't get cleaning everyday, not that I'm messy, but fresh towels and empty the trash would have been nice, I was there 8 nights, and only got housekeeping twice. also the first few nights I had paper thin tattered towels, then after the first housekeeping, I had nice fluffy towels.

Size of room, housekeeping daily that was accommodating to our needs, little market by front desk for snacks. Good location. Walkable to Penn Center and several good restaurants. Not far from amtrak.

1)Tub should have been good for soaking but a shelf had been put down low and you couldnt lean back. I also had a hard time getting out as grab bar was in wrong location and back leftside of tub was covered up. 2) we had breakfast tickets and the first day we ordered off the menu and everything was delivered burned: toast was black, bacon beyond crisp and over easy eggs were cold and hard with brown edges. Many patrons left their meals uneaten. We almost didnt go back but noticed a buffet the second day that was much better.

Appreciated all the desk staff, especially since we were able to check in early and we especially appreciated Luis at the front desk in the morning- all very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the staff in the Imperial Dining area for dinner (Dan was great) and breakfast the next day.

Did not realize that the parking ( as advertised as onsite) was an additional charge. It was not exorbitant but perhaps clarity on charges would have been helpful. Also we had a streetside room which was a little noisy with the motorcycles and trucks that used the main streets through Lancaster. None of these are dealbreakers.

The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. I must single out one person, a gentleman at the front desk named Ty. He was very personable, helpful and a joy to deal with. He is a very smart young man, and an excelent representative for the hotel. I would love to come back to Lancaster and stay at this hotel just to have a conversation with him. He is definitely an asset. This was my second stay at this facility in the last few years, but this was the most enjoyable because of my interaction with Ty

My entire experience from arrival to departure was "off-the-chart" EXCELLENT! Received a warm welcome upon arrival and "well wishes & safe travels" when departing. Breakfast was recommended. It was absolutely delicious! The room was warm & welcoming. Bed linens, pillows, towels exceded usual level of quality. Room was clean and tidy. Fully stocked and ready for my stay. Staff checked in to see if I needed anything. Appreciated that kindness!

Tub stopper wasn't working. That was disappointing. Was not made aware of $15 parking fee.

Location is great. Dining venue helpful. Parking garage works well.

Pillows are awful for an otherwise comfortable sleep. I wish staff at check in had not placed us, as a 5 day guest, across from the pool and fitness room

Staff at the front desk - especially Jamal, who went out of his way to find me a room when YOU (Booking.com) neglected to send my reservation to the hotel!! Additionally, Lucinda (name), who worked at the Sorrell room during our meals, was extraordinary! She went out of her way to find me non-dairy milk - and she did so with a lovely smile!

Non-dairy items are an absolute MUST!! Other hotel chains I have stayed at always offer almond, oat, or soy milk as well as non-dairy menu items.

it was right in downtown and close to Fulton Theatre where my cousin was in the production of South Pacific.

The computers were slow at the time of check in so I was in line for at least 45 mins. Also I do not like the barrier between the front staff and me the guest. I could barely see her and it was also difficult to hear her. Yes , admittedly I am short but there must be a way to improve that. Are you hiding computer wires behind that wall??

The staff was incredible. It was a little pricey - and our room was tiny- we had the handicapped accessible room so the bathroom took up 1/2 the space. The hotel was PACKED with lots of events and late night wedding guests made it difficult to rest but the staff did their best to address our requests for quiet after 11 pm. They can’t help the behavior of other guests but they were extraordinarily helpful- especially the front desk staff.

The price. And the noise- but I think we just travelled in a very busy weekend.

Very clean and had a lot of amenities. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The parking garage was a bit confusing. Maybe there could be more signage or directions for that. We didn’t realize there were several entrances and the one we entered did not have working elevators. I didn’t realize until the end of the stay that there was another entrance with working elevators until the end of the trip. Better communication, signage and directions would improve that.
