Breakfast was good for being included. Premade egg sandwiches and waffles were a hit for my daughter. The front desk staff was friendly and was able to answer my questions about local restaurants.

Unfortunately, there were many unsupervised children running around our floor. We were there for a soccer tournament and I certainly do not mind the fact that children were there as I had my own child there. However, I had to call the front desk twice, once each night during my stay, to let them know about the children running around knocking on everyone's door at 10:00 at night. The front desk witnessed the same children in the lobby yelling and screaming as the parents sat in the lobby and basically set up their own personal bar, as their children ran feral around the hotel. Not the hotel's fault, maybe setting limits for the parents to be parents and not allow their children to disrupt others who are paying to stay there as well.

Location, price and staff was great breakfast was just ok bby the one thing that was unacceptable I went bad to my room to do a last check and use bathroom BEFORE I checked out and cleaning lady was there already I didn’t get to use the bathroom and once again I did not check out and they were already cleaning my room. I find out to be unacceptable.

Staff at Front Desk should’ve apologized for their error and not tell me that maybe they saw me leave that is not an answer to my question of why there was somebody in my room before check out and I find it hard to believe none of the bathrooms have locks

Room was spacious and clean. Loved the little kitchen area, so helpful to have a refrigerator, microwave and sink. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a very convenient location near shopping and restaurants and has ample parking.

Pool was cold and the pool area was a little dirty.

The room was spacious and perfect for our family needs. The amenities such as the large refrigerator and microwave were great to have inside the room.

The breakfast could have been better. There was not much of a selection and we decided to not eat there due to the limited selections even with the pastries.

Kitchenette was clean and good size. Bed was clean. Air conditioning was working great. Staff was friendly. Ample parking space. Location can be little tricky depending on where you are driving from, but the building has big neon sign, so it was not difficult to locate.

Perfect for our family, clean, friendly, great breakfast, comfortable bed. The kitchen set up in the room is really convenient. It is so nice to drink out of a ceramic mug away from home.

The pool was not heated. The water fountain was broken in the pool area but other than that it was great.

The size of the room was huge for us having kids. We travel a lot and this far the biggest hotel room we have had. Just having all the extra space so we weren’t on top of each other was great. My family was pleased with the free breakfast. The front desk staff was amazing. Very polite. I checked in early morning and the young lady that helped me was ver patient and helpful. I’ve managed a motel front desk for 13 years, and when I see customer service that I received I know there are still good people out there that enjoy their job.

Our bathroom door didn’t close all the way or lock. It’s a pocket door but you can’t look it. A minor thing to us we managed.

Our room's kitchen had everything we needed. Dining table had wheels and was easy to bring into the room for meals. We liked that the room had lots of cabinets and cupboards for storage. Pocket door to bathroom saved space. I liked that the pool was open late and fitness room was open 24/7 for guests. Coffee maker in our room was really nice. Front desk was accommodating and gave us extra towels.

Loved the kitchen with full-sized dishwasher and fridge!!! Loved that it had plates, bowls, utensils (all real...not paper/plastic) full size garbage can, full size paper towel roll, crockery, even a colander! It had a roll-out dining table. They thought of everything! It was truly a pleasure staying in this hotel.

Nothing...it was all-around fantastic.

Hot breakfast was great! The kids loved picking their own food. The room was great. Full size fridge, dishwasher, stocked kitchen. It made it so easy to pack lunches for the daily excursions. There's a grill outside on the patio that we used for dinner one night. Kids swam while husband grilled. Within a minute of two grocery stores, across the street from restaurants, and next to a bookstore. Could not have asked for better for a great price.
