Breakfast was quite adequate. Staff was helpful.

I'm not sure what created my problem. I had had a confirmed reservation sent to me via email from Booking for my May 19th reservation. However, when I arrived at the hotel on the 19th, I was told they did not have my reservation. This necessitated my having to make another payment for my stay. My Discover Card statement clearly shows that Booking was paid for my 5/19/23 reservation. Even though I have made a number of attempts to be reimbursed for my loss, neither Best Western or Booking is taking responsibility for seeing that I get reimbursed. Should this continue, I will be forced into contacting the Cleveland Plain Dealer travel editor to see if they might be able to assist me in this matter.

The room was very clean loved the deep tub!

That there was only 1 elevator. No seating for breakfast. The fact that rooms still aren't being cleaned considering we stayed 3 nights! Don't feel we should have to go to service desk for garbage bags, toilet paper and bath towels. All other safety measures are gone no sanitizer in site so you should go back to cleaning rooms.

We loved that there was a real breakfast and the coffee was excellent!~ We love waffles and they had them there. We also love the shampoo and conditioner brand. They actually worked well! Very easy check in and easier check out, just drop your key off in the container on the desk! Two blocks from Broken Axe Brewery which is a MUST!

the staff were wonderful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had to check out at 7:00 AM but a buffet breakfast was provided at 6:30AM so we were able to eat before heading out to Penn State for my granddaughter’s graduation. Please thank the staff for a job well done. Anne Meintel

Breakfast was good location to small and poor

I didn’t like when upon check in the gentleman at the desk broadcasted my card was declined with a large group of people were sitting in the breakfast area when he swept the card 3 times and the bank shut the card done and notified me very unprofessional

Stayed here and then drove to Williamsport for the Little League world series. Very enjoyable stay!

Convenient stop to break up a 12 hour trip to our home destination.

we were I formed it had charging for electric vehicles.this was true if on3 brought their own cables which is not how 99% of ecar owners operate.

It was very basic, but at least it was something.

Better air purification/ventilation. The hallway smelled like weed. The tub/shower was clean but needed to be updated. Not much to do around as places close early.

Kayla at desk found my ipad sitting on top of my car, and tracked me down to returned it at night to my room. I was most pleased and utterly surprised
