We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was kind and accommodating...especially the night employee, John! The rooms and everything in between were VERY clean! The rooms were super quiet. The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. This was a nice start to our morning! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

If I had to pick something, I would say the doors to the rooms don't close easily so make sure you pull them all the way before leaving.

This location is very convenient for us in our north/south travels. The staff are always very friendly, professional and helpful. We've never had a room that wasn't spotlessly clean and comfortable. WiFi quality is always excellent. It's a very quiet location but close to decent restaurant choices and the interstate. The property is also pet-friendly, which is a must for us.

The only disappointment in this stay (not our first, by the way, I think we've stayed 3 or 4 times over the last few years) was the breakfast. I understand that during the height of COVID that range of choices and manner of presentation had to be significantly changed but it is very clear that we are well past that point. On this stay, all that was offered was cereal (hot or cold), packaged hard-boiled eggs, packaged cheese, yogurt, waffle-maker. There were the standard beverages, hot and cold. There was no fresh fruit, no bread/bagels for toasting, no pastries, no breakfast sandwich (a microwaveable breakfast sandwich, sausage/egg/cheese, was part of breakfast in December 2021). Breakfast did not measure up to all the other consistently excellent services at this location.

Was there during the week-end to go see a music show at Party in the Pines (had a really great time at that venue and I highly recommend it). Even if the hotel was full it was still pretty quiet. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and the gave us our room a couple hours early with no extra charge since it was raining pretty hard at we were on motorcycle. We really appreciated this. Thanks for the stay!

The staff was great. Got there about10:30pm went to my room and there was a dog in the next room. Barking due to being in a weird place. Owners was trying to get him to stop. Went to the desk and the guy working the desk gave me a other room.

The shower was screaming due to the shower head. It stopped for a few then started again very high pitch

We were attending a funereal so we did not have time for breakfast. the coffee, etc., in the lobby was a nice touch and the staff was extremely pleasant. Our request for a room near elevator was granted.. thank you

A year ago, we had stayed at the same location, and were disappointed by how noisy the other guests were. This year, we were so delighted that the quality of the experience improved so drastically.

Breakfast should include fresh fruit. There are too many unhealthy choices, and even the yogurt is filled with chemicals.

Pet-friendly is our first need; it was pleasant to know the cost was built into the room rate rather than see an additional charge. The hotel lobby was very nicely decorated for the holidays -- seasonal, tasteful and not over-the-top. All staff we dealt with were very professional, friendly and efficient. The room was excellent -- very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very quiet. Even though this location is still in semi grab & go breakfast mode, part of the breakfast was a very decent quality breakfast sandwich -- definitely an improvement over some of the "breakfast included" experiences we've had lately. We regularly stop at Meadville on our travels but now that we've stayed at this property we will try for this property first on future trips.

I can't think of any suggestions for improvement.

A ridiculously complex TV -- and acknowledged by staff...should be replaced

Congenial and helpful staff. Great location. Lobby clean and attractive. A great quiet atmosphere except for road noise, which the hotel cannot control. This is second visit in as many weeks and will return again when the opportunity arises.

A chair in the room for relaxing (other than the desk chair that was provided).

the staff was friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond making sure I had accommodations needed for a lengthy period of time.
