The hotel overall was pretty good. I liked the fact housekeeping asked what we needed and was willing to provide any housekeeping services. Overall the hotel was clean just the stovetop could have been wiped down and fixtures dusted. Also, the towel rack was coming out of the wall a bit. But all minor for the beautiful room. We had a suite. The Penthouse Suite had stairs to it with a bedroom and bathroom up there. For the most part, hotel is quiet. Didn't experience the breakfast.

We had people standing outside of our window that was talking for hours using vulgar language, etc. I couldn't take it anymore as we were there for vacation and rest. I called the front desk and eventually they were gone. I honestly was going to go out there myself but wanted to handle things the right way. I thought it was rude of others to do that. The rooms are not close together like other hotels so they should have been in or around their own room.

Good location and value. We selected this location because the size of the room is larger than most and very accommodating for three adults. The room was clean, fairly modern, and well kept.

Unfortunately there was one staff member who was not pleasant. His attitude and customer service was not acceptable. All other staff were nice. Our shower curtain would not close fully and the bath area set up does not allow for privacy while using the sink and vanity area. There was a very large group with children. Well after 10pm the children were running through the complex and it was very easy to hear them.

The room was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plenty, and tasteful

The dust on the pictures above the bed and the tops of the lamps was thick. I took care of that for you. Our other room was the same way. The horrible annoying noise in the walls when other guests used water was awful. Had to talk louder and turn up the tv... Woke us up as well. Wasn't an issue in our other room. Stomping and noise from the people above (not the hotels fault)

Well insulated as we did not hear anyone in the surrounding rooms. The indoor pool was a great way to cool off from the 90 degree heat. Large and satisfying breakfast buffet.

Minor issue with the toilet and sink in the master room however maintenance was sent immediately to make the repairs

I really love how clean our room was , all the amenities that are offered, and how close it is too Hershey. If your going with kids this is a very nice place to stay since it offers an inside and outside pool, basketball court, as well as in your room you have a kitchen which makes life easier.

No housekeeping when I was there for a week. Didn’t need it but a refresh of towels, garbage removed, etc. would have been nice.

The breakfast buffet was the best we have had. All of the options were especially good. Very clean and well attended to. Freddie was managing the buffet and he was exceptional. A very dedicated employee.

The breakfast was delicious, several options and replenished regularly during the breakfast hours.

I just wished we were able to stay longer and enjoy the indoor pool. Also, a 12 PM check out time would be nicer than 11 AM.

The breakfast was great. The eggs and sausage were the best. Fred did a great job. His friendliness and personality made us all feel so welcomed.

The loci was perfect for why we were there! The staff was so friendly!

Breakfast lacked a lot. Some things were old (cheese and salsa for eggs) and several things were out.
