Although a bit overpriced. The preparation and service was excellent. The staff was friendly.

The room had No drawers for underwear to be unpacked to. I was there 9 days. A drawer would have been nice and convenient. It can be incorporated into the existing wardrobe. I ended up using the bottom of the wardrobe as a shelf for socks and undergarments. I Didn’t like having to bend down whenever I needed small items.

We got a big room with comfortable beds, the staff were friendly! nice bathroom with clean linens, There was also bar in the hotel though we didn't go. Public parking space is available opposite to the hotel (around $48/24h).

Public parking was expensive($48 for a day), but that might be how much it usually costs in the city

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. I like that there was a hair dryer, and hygiene products along with refrigerator and microwave

The water pressure was very low and this was at 10:30 pm on a Wednesday evening. Needed more lighting in the area were the mirror was and also the deadbolt didn't work on the door.

customer service was great. I got there a bit early and they allowed me to check in early. I was able to get to my room which looks great except for stain on the bed sheet. I asked for it to be changed but unfortunately this was not done attempted to be addressed till evening. my only complaint is how they addressed the stain that I reported to them. Other than that everything was great. The hotel is centrally located and made it easy to reach other locations. there was also a restaurant in the hotel. They had good food and drinks available for purchase. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and the hotel and the surrounding areas. I would definitely consider staying at the hotel once more.

The only complaint that I have is how long it took for someone to bring something to change the bed. I asked for it to be done in the morning before I left and some thing was brought up to my room that evening when I returned. Because of this I was told that I had to change it myself as they could not enter the room with me there. They also brought just a pillowcase when I needed to change the sheets because of the blood stain.

I loved how everything was close to my hotel & where I needed to go . I was able to walk to certain places and even when I took my car or Uber it wasn’t a far drive. This was a great experience ! I will definitely come back to this location in the near future.

The AC is great. Had a desk and chair with a refrigerator. The room was spacious. Water pressure was wonderful. The front desk gentleman was very helpful. It has a small diner near the lobby to grab food.

One side of the hotel is downtown which is a safe area. The other side of the hotel is super sketchy.

Location, the fact that it was SO close to everything was a huge plus. The security, being as though the hotel is in center city, there are alot of homeless people and 1 worry I had was possibly people lingering around the front entrance. That didn't happen and it seems as though the hotel takes proper precautions so it DOESN'T happen.

At one point, during the 1st night we had someone knocking at our room door, however, once my husband went to the door and made them aware that they had the wrong room, the person apologized and went on their merry way.

Great location for our needs! Staff was exceptional, and the room, as well as the general facilities, was immaculate! Thank you, Asha, Yolanda, Damon! Parking was available across the street.

Room needed some storage drawers for clothes and a little extra mat for shower floor to avoid slipping.

The location is great, the room was up to expectation from coffee machine to iron to hair dryer. .

I would like to have in the shower a handy shower head.

Location was absolutely perfect for our trip. We came for Hijinx fest at the convention center and parked the car at the hotel and walked everywhere!

The room itself was pretty small. The bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were super flat and awkward. Not comfy to sleep with at all. The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent - it dropped down to barely a drizzle out of nowhere several times during my shower. The room had a mini fridge, but no microwave
