We loved the breakfast and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

It was little difficult to find and parking was tricky. The elevator in the parking garage was not working so that was a bit inconvenient for us upon arrival. Once we were inside the hotel, everything was wonderful.

The space exceeded my expectations. The room was large and spacious and I appreciated having a microwave, which you don’t see often in hotels anymore. The staff was friendly, they offer complimentary breakfast (I didn’t not partake but I saw bagels, I believe cereal and a waffle station). They have complimentary coffee & hot water (for tea and hot chocolate) in the lobby and from what I saw it was offered from morning into the evening. This location was very central and there’s a market of sorts across the street and a Trader Joe’s 2 blocks away, with the mini kitchen it was nice to stock up. I was really happy with the space in the room, its large with a closet, desk area, additional rolling table and chair, couch, mini kitchen and good sized bathroom (there are dishes in the kitchen, a large fridge and a dishwasher, there were extra linens/blankets in the room, tons of lighting, the water pressure in the shower was really good, a large tv and a curtain divider to separate the bed and the couch if you have multiple people)

This was a great stay for me and I’d book again in a heartbeat. If I could change anything, I wish their towels were bigger, if you wear anything bigger than a large size, maybe xl, the towel is barely gonna wrap around. They had a drink vending machine where the ice machine is but it only took cash, if I could change anything it would be a card reader on the drink machine and snack machine, I would have absolutely loved to be able to grab a bag of chips or cup of noodles/popcorn for a late night snack. These things did not take away from my stay, just something I think that would enhance the experience.

The size of the room, kitchen, privacy shades and curtain dividing the sleeping area and sitting area, bathroom lighting and shower water pressure, staff help especially Vanessa.

Fridge was loud and had to hang out with repairman while it was fixed. I would have thought there would be one available in such an emergency where they could be switched out and the repair could be done in a workshop area. Also the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon arrival and the dishwasher did not work though someone attempted to fix it. The sofa cushions were a little too soft and I needed to grab some bed pillows to support my back while I watched TV.

The location was perfect. Centrally located to our planned activities. The suites were beautiful, large and very comfortable. We took advantage of the kitchen. Breakfast had good choices.

I think breakfast hours during the week end at 9:00. We had to schedule our time so not to miss breakfast. A little longer breakfast time would have helped. The arrangement of the food stations at the back of the breakfast room caused a line to build up and slowed the process. The line for food crossed in front of the coffee/tea station. We had to cut across the food line to get coffee. Is another set up possible?

The breakfast had a great variety of foods, fruits, beverages to satisfy everyone who came to partake in the breakfast. Everything was hot and fresh especially the oatmeal, waffles with syrup. Coffee was great with a nice variety ie decaf and regular. The staff were also very friendly. They greeted with a smile and were always willing to help you with what you were looking for whether it was utensils, dinnerware etc

What I didn't like was the maintenance staff using his key to obtain entrance into my room without knocking. I registered my complaint with the assistant manager, manager and the security on duty. I was told that this person would be disciplined but I didn't feel that this person would be disciplined at all. My stay at the hotel was great because I was near all the exciting places to go, Reading market, Chinatown and other places in the vicinity

The location is just perfect, just across the street from Reading Market where you can have some lunch or early dinner or just a snack, close to major attractions, easy to get to, complimentary breakfast is typical for American hotels, much less than one would experience in Hilton in Europe but it was OK. There is laundry service for minor price. The kitchenette is a good option to prepare some food. Comfortable bathroom and quite spacious room.

It was a comfortable experience for a reasonable price. There is not much to complain about.

The location is terrific, right across the street from Reading Terminal Market and very close to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. It's also within easy walking distance of Independence Hall, the National Constitution Center, the Benjamin Franklin Museum, and the Museum of the American Revolution. The room was very comfortable and included large refrigerator, microwave, and dishes and utensils. I appreciated the regular text messages checking on my stay.

The breakfast was adequate but not exceptional.

Staff was great. Room was just as advertised. Breakfast was a nice touch and breakfast staff worked tirelessly and nothing was ever empty. Desk staff was great, everyone was polite and happy. Overall a good experience. This was our second time at this property and we would not hesitate to return to this hotel during our next Philadelphia visit.

The staff was amazing, Frank, Ashraf and the kitchen crew. The pool is very small and full during our stay. A place for kids to play but no room to swim. The location is amazing, we will definitely return. Thank you 🙏🏽

The pool had a strong chlorine smell and the water was cloudy. Very small for the number of users. I think it would be good to expand the pool as it is a big draw for families with kids.

Comfortable and very helpful staff I love the cheese omelettes

The use of separate remotes to switch from Cable to HDMI but is more of a personal thing and probably more of a safety protocol to protect their equipment. Could use a bit more variety on the breakfast but I still enjoyed what they offered. Surprised how quickly the whole milk bottles were taken and weren’t restocked the next few days though there was the fat free bottles so I took some for my drinks.
