The breakfast had a great variety of foods, fruits, beverages to satisfy everyone who came to partake in the breakfast. Everything was hot and fresh especially the oatmeal, waffles with syrup. Coffee was great with a nice variety ie decaf and regular. The staff were also very friendly. They greeted with a smile and were always willing to help you with what you were looking for whether it was utensils, dinnerware etc

What I didn't like was the maintenance staff using his key to obtain entrance into my room without knocking. I registered my complaint with the assistant manager, manager and the security on duty. I was told that this person would be disciplined but I didn't feel that this person would be disciplined at all. My stay at the hotel was great because I was near all the exciting places to go, Reading market, Chinatown and other places in the vicinity

I loved the comfort of the beds. Room was spacious, clean and modern. It was convenient having a kitchenette and large fridge. WiFi and hot water pressure was excellent. It was also nice knowing there was a gym and pool available. Complimentary breakfast was good. Location was perfect. We were next to the famous food market. We walked through China town to get to the Historic center. All was in walking distance. We took a Hop on Hop off bus to take us to the museums. Overall, we had a great experience. This is why I always try to pick Hilton suites when traveling with my family.

For breakfast, it would help if trays were provided so one did not have to make too many trips. There was only one main counter that had the food and utensils. The plates and utensils should be located somewhere else that is more accessible. It was uncomfortable to have have to keep asking others who are preparing their food to move over.

John the desk attendant at night was really nice and informative!

The woman I spoke with on Wednesday early afternoon for help with my reservation. She was less than helpful and seems to not like her job or she dislikes people.with questions. Either way not helpful or positive. The bathroom was not clean...hair left in the shower, sink and floor. Thank goodness I brought my own cleaning supplies as this seems to be a theme in the world of hotels. There was trash (eye lash oil, press on nails) from a different guest under the couch bed and around the main bed. You can see it on the floor when you open the bed. Not enough warm covers for a spare bed/sofabed. Parking was too expensive. It would be nice if the hotel offered a discount for those staying with them.

The location is perfect. I brought my mom to the Flower Show. She is in her 90’s. This was her vacation. She said she enjoyed it! The room was sparkling clean. The breakfast was excellent. I loved the variety. The coffee was delicious. The hotel was sparkling clean. The rooms must be sound proof because our stay was very peaceful and quiet.

The chair in our room had a badly damaged left arm. It needs to be fixed or thrown away. It made the room seem shabby. The cable needed more channels.

The kitchen worker Chenille was amazing. Even though there was supposed to be three people working the kitchen for breakfast on Friday 24 Feb 2023, she was the only one working, and she did her best to do the job of three people on her own. In addition, she was getting tons of nasty comments from people who were upset that breakfast was closing at 9am, but she kept calm and was kind to all the mean people, and constantly tried to help them as best she could.

With 2 queen size beds & a sofa bed, full size refrigerator & a large microwave, there was plenty of room in the suite for 3 adults. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had requested to have a room near the elevator because of mobility issues, however the room was one of the farthest from the elevator. The public parking garage cost per night was $56 which is outrages. The Hilton chain should have made a discount parking deal for patrons.

Very central to everything. Lots of easy food options on the same block. Staff is amazing, breakfast is good (but very crowded), everything is clean and comfortable.

It’s loud outside. Evangelists set up with loudspeakers across the street during the day and there’s a lot of loud cars and bikes reviving up outside late at night. Get a room away from the street side if you can.

Modern, clean room, with comfortable bed, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, basic kitchen supplies to store cooked foods and reheat them! Never made it to breakfast so can’t comment on that. Coffee bar is good. Fantastic location to see Philadelphia on foot. Just a short walk to everything— Chinatown, Reading Market, historical sites… staff is great and responsive! Did laundry in the facility’s laundromat while we were there— very reasonable

Water pressure in the shower was weak unfortunately. The foldout sofa isn’t comfortable to sleep on but served its purpose

I like the location the ease of getting around the staff was nice

I did not like this selections at breakfast All of the egg selections were not good Not enjoy the Sausage there were no other meat options. Cereal options were good even the oatmeal however there was no options for milk. Did not know I had to request housekeeping therefore I got no housekeeping service

I've stayed at this hotel many times and would love to come back again. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good with quite a lot of options.

I liked pretty much everything - the rooms could use a little bit of refresh, but overall, everything went well. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
