Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean room, convenient location.

There were several (3) burnt out light bulbs in our room and it appeared that there was some water damage on the ceiling in the shower from the bathroom in the room above ours. When I told the front desk attendant about the burnt out lights, she was apologetic, but explained to me that there was no maintenance personnel on the property to replace the bulbs. She assured me she would speak to the GM in the morning about the issue and indicated that we may be able to receive a little bit of a discount on the room rate, but we didn't. It wasn't really a huge issue and didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay.

The beds were very comfortable, and the size of the room was great. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and the location was great.

Not all supplies were there upon arrival; I had to go to the front desk for some towels and tissues. Not a big deal, but I expected better. I also assumed based on reviews and pictures that the room would be a bit nicer. Again, it was fine and comfortable, but not what was expected.

The room and facilities are great for the price. Nice shower and comfy bed. Clean and polite staff.

Check is process was rough. I paid for my room ahead of time using the booking app and the lady at the front desk had a very hard time processing my check in. It took about 10 minutes to check in and they double charged me. The manager fixed it at check out and was very apologetic about it.

I loved how convenient it is to I79 and I70. It is in a location close to many shopping outlets, malls, and plazas. Jacuzzi tub in the room was phenomenal. Loved the little disco light.

Elevator was broken when we arrived but got fixed within a couple of hours. There is also a $100 refundable deposit on the room that booking does not tell you about.

Very clean, fresh towels daily. We only stayed for 2 nights but the spa tub in the room made it all the more worth it. It is a perfect getaway, the location is far enough away from the highway to mute the sound of traffic but closest enough to get where you need to go within minutes.

I didn't like that they didn't offer breakfast, and the only coffee in the room was decaf, though I could've asked for regular. Dunkin was 2 minutes away.

I thought the room was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and we were placed in an efficiency so it had a full kitchen including fridge and stove top. Front desk persons were very polite. I was in a great location on my way across country.

I wish they had some kind of food offering. I think if they said it was an efficiency I could have planned better for my daughter and I. Other than that the stay was very nice.

Hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Room was awesome. We had the king suite with spa bath. The little added "disco ball" light in the spa area was super cool! Wifi worked very well. Italian restaurant/bar right across the street (easy to walk to for take out). Definitely would stay again.

They provide a wonderful breakfast that isn't disclosed in the price. The staff were all very courteous and engaging and a lot of fun to talk to.

Could use a little remodeling but all in all, nothing would ever stop me from going back there.

Melinda went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay.

Alisha when checking us in was very rude put us in smaller room. Asked if it was 2 beds lied to my face. Went to room it was wrong she said we could leave. Deal with Melinda to get the best care.

the bed was not comfortable I slept on the couch an the shower handle was loose so we had a hard time getting the water to stay warm it was super hot or cold but we worked with it
