I thought the breakfast was pretty good.

I prefer sausage or ham over bacon. I think you should offer at least two choices. Also, I didn’t see a variety of bread types, but to be fair, I wasn’t paying that much attention to it because my wife wanted to share a bagel. The fresh brewed coffee in the lobby is very good, but by all means please get rid of that crap coffee you put in the rooms. We’ve been using Hampton Inns on our road trips for many years among other hotels and you guys are gradually going downhill by comparison. Holiday Inn Express is much better.

The staff went above and beyond our expectations. When we arrived, the room we were initially assigned had an odor. When I brought it to the front desk's attention, they quickly reassigned us without judgement or questions! The breakfast was not your typical free "continental breakfast." they had a small variety each day. It was very clean and always stocked!

Breakfast was good. There were plenty of options to choose from. Location was good. Close to restaurants.

Room was older & starting to need updates. The fridge was unplugged on arrival which was inconvenient because we needed to use it. The gym was not opened. It was $50 more per night than a Hampton Inn in nearby city in SC which was newer and nicer. The value wasn't there.

Bedding was very comfortable! Staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was just ok....not great....or not as good as other similar hotels....not much variety, but it was adequate. There is a Waffle House right next door - we walked over there instead.

The rooms could use some sprucing up....furniture/bedding, water pressure, etc, was all great...but the ceilings were popcorn and you could see all the repairs due to aging, and the baseboards/caulking in bathrooms were aged/ and lighting was yellow and bland and limited. We were there for a tennis tournament so they charged top dollar...just think the atmosphere of the room was too dated. We did not spend that much time in the room.

Loved the free breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating when fulfilling requests before and after check-in. Definitely will return.

Location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Tiny bathroom compared to others we’ve experienced at Hampton Inns.

The location is very convenient. I enjoyed the little pool. The room was a decent size and I liked the rounded towel bar to give more space in the shower. Also, the bed was very comfortable and I had plenty of pillows. Joyce at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. I also liked having the refrigerator and microwave in my room.

The decor seems a little dated and worn, like it needs an upgrade. There were scratches around the lock on my door, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Probably the lock had just been changed at some point, but as a woman traveling on my own, I can’t help worrying about safety.

Breakfast was fine. It was a great selection each day. Breakfast area was great.

Shabby room furnishings.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Most of the staff were amazing.

The concierge I think his name is Phillip must have been new or something because when it came time to swipe my card for the rooms before I could swipe he said my card declined and when I notified him that there’s no way my card declined cause I haven’t swiped it yet he caught and attitude and said he already put my n my card info which was impossible so when I time led him the last four years f my card number he said let me check oh that’s not the card that we have on file and repeated someone else’s card number.
