I liked the fact that a good quality restaurant and bar were on-site. You didn't have to leave if you didn't want to however if you wanted to it was an easy walk to great food and drinks.and the riverwalk was a nice, peaceful plus. I also liked the communication via text, professional and helpful staff - kudos to Nathaniel who checked us in.

The only issue was that at the time we went to the pool it was really full of what looked like black tree residue. It was really yucky looking and stopped us from getting in. It was cleaned by the next morning however.

Never ate breakfast. The restaurant could us some work on all aspects. The downstairs bar is great but short on hours of operation, and stock of what you list what you have. The upstairs deck is to crowded, not enough staff, the drinks poorly made.

My entire stay at the Crowne Pkaza was everything my husband also overly enjoyed himself as well but the best part was having the bar with entertainment on THE ROOF it was so romantic. . The staff's professionalism were awesome add a little great personality helped made our stay well worth the money . We will definitely be going back realllll soon.

The food was good but a bit salty for us

Location is awesome here, everything was perfect to park and stay at the hotel while enjoying hot spots to visit in walking distance…..

Parking Garage and paying for parking, we couldn’t get in the parking garage one night and had to pay for parking in another spot … they need to leave open spaces for hotel guest.

great location and beautiful facilities. The gentleman at the front desk helped with our group pictures and put a smile on everyone’s face.

A female front desk person spoke about politics while checking in making it a bit uncomfortable. Our female server at the hotel restaurant while most definitely under the influence of some type of drug.

Location, rooms, staff.

The restaurant was closed for breakfast at 10:00am. I paid for a breakfast package and had no idea the restaurant closed entirely at 10:00am. I understand shutting down breakfast, but there was nothing, no food, restaurant completely closed. That was upsetting as had I known that, I would have either gotten up earlier or gone some place else for breakfast.

Shantel was fabulous. Great personality. There were 7 of us and she called us by first name every time we saw her. Breakfast was good. Great location.

We were very disappointed with Renee A. She was not very friendly. Acted like we were putting her out when we asked for things. One room we rented was not ready. Trash in the trash can. Dirty towels lying on the floor.

The Crowne Plaza was beautiful. As soon as we walked in the lobby was stunning, and the staff was amazing. The pool was refreshing and the rooftop bar was fun. The surrounding area was perfect. Great restaurants and bars and a beautiful walk along the river.

I liked the location and serenity, nature outside of the hotel. The Ball Park and restaurants were convenient.

The uncontrollable noise from the Basketball players (loud talking, cursing, bouncing basketball) until the wee hours (2/3 am) in the morning.
