The best feature of this hotel was the breakfast selection. Loved having the waffle maker, coffee, and fresh fruit! There was also a choice of juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, and cereal. Made it well worth it! The rooms were spacious, and beds felt clean and were very comfortable. We woke up refreshed and ready for the next day. I really enjoyed having a living room with a door to the bedroom and a second TV. An easy way to accommodate children or just to enjoy the space without disturbing others sleeping in the bedroom.

The hotel is visibly dated. I am not particular on the freshest and newest of buildings, but though this one may have been updated in the past few years, still had somewhat disturbing features. The hallway floor upstairs was really loud and creaky. There was only a single elevator that operated so slowly we had a fleeting and scary thought of "what if it never opens"... The rooms seemed a bit damp with a faint old carpet smell.

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond. I had driven in from Nashville to attend a wedding and traffic had been horrendous but she made sure I had everything I needed. I wish I had gotten her name but she was at the desk when I checked in (I think around 7:45 pm) and still there when I checked out at around 5:30 am.. Thanks so much this will most likely be my go-to place to stay when I come to visit family

the shower and shower curtain needs to be cleaner. the shower curtain had spots on it and the shower had definitely been sprayed with the cleaner I just think it needed to be wiped down. everything else was very clean.

This facility has become my home away from home whenever I visit Aiken this past year. From the staff to the suites, it's always a pleasurable experience. I plan to be back soon.

There were old stains on the sheets and comforter. Stains I am sure are impossible to get out, so I would recommend replacing those instead of reusing them for the next guest. Other than that, the establishment is perfect!

Exceptional management, friendly helpful front desk. Every member of staff I met, including maintenance and cleaning people, were friendly and kind. That is exceptional to have 100% staff I encountered over my 2-night stay be so wonderful - definitely stood out! Loved my room - clean, bed was comfortable. Can’t imagine a better experience. Am looking for a reason to return to Aiken to stay here again.

The front room suite tv didn't work at all. The front desk clerk tried exhaustively; communicated w/ two different resources, to obtain even a signal to no avail. The clerk then switched us to a different suite so that my grandson could watch kid shows and for me to finally get caught up on college football of the day. Breakfast items were good with the exception of the watery eggs!

the quiet location, ease of entry and parking and the very nice and capable employees. The employees were the best.

the third floor smelled musty and it also smelled like someone staying on the third floor was cooking broccoli and other harsh smelling vegetables. The entire floor smelled that way our entire time there. ( Thursday afternoon through Sunday morning)

The breakfast had plenty of choices and for the most part was well supplied. The room was a great value for the money. It had no bed bugs and was quite comfortable. The mattresses maybe could use some updating though. The front desk was very helpful.

The room keys had a little problem getting in sometimes. If Apple phones can demagnetize the bar, why do they not tell you about that or get a different program?

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice size bathroom and shower. Micro, fridge, and coffee maker. GREAT value for money! Also one of the better hotel breakfasts. I was getting tired of hotel food but pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast food here. This hotel was a little out of our way off of I-20 but worth the extra 14 miles.

I have breathing problems and the size of the pillows was inadequate for a king size bed. The were tiny pillows with NO firmness. I asked for more pillows but was told by employee there were none. I was told the hotel has requested more pillows but still has not received any. As a result, I was up most of the nite during our 1 nite at this hotel.

The room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast area has always been clean and the prepared food acceptable. The staff have all been very nice and friendly.
