The price point ot this hotel was excellent given its location. You are in a prime spot to explore all that the City has to offer, for a great price. The Service was good, and the room was excellent. Good size bathroom, very clean and comfortable beds- great hotel bedding!! All the staff were really polite and pleasant. I was pleased and impressed by the quality overall of the Hotel. I have stayed in higher price points hotels, so initially was a little wary- is it too good to be true? I have to say it was really good and would come back.

The front desk was Ok...I prefer a traditional check in lobby but it served its purpose: bare bones. There is a bar with food, which doubles as the breakfast bar. Breakfast menu good and staff were very good. Evening bar menu poor. But in a pinch they have something if you are too tired to get out. I was appreciative of that. There is also a snack service behind the front desk, that could be bigger...but you do have Walgreens a hop and skip away if need be.

We wanted to stay in the battery and it was right where we wanted to be. The valet staff was very helpful and friendly. The bartender was very helpful as well. Both of those groups were great.

The breakfast options could have been better, but we were there to go to many restaurants while we were there so it wasn't a major deal.

The location was convenient to the historical sites that interested me. Only about 20 odd minutes from the airport. It was close to several restaurants and a variety of shopping options

Sometimes water pressure was low and caused issues with flushing toilets.

Relatively close to historic area , visitor center, and free shuttle once we figured everything out.

we used DND sign for Saturday as we did not need to have room cleaned but we did not put the sign out for Sunday. our room was not cleaned that day. we simply called for extra towels Monday morning. it was a small issue as far as we were concerned. o

Almost everything. The people at.checkin and the Bistro staff was fantastic. Bill was great. Fast elevator.

Would love to have had adult size commodes. They were too low and hurt my knees to get up. Bars would have helped.

They had a cafe/bar down in lobby and a swimming pool. A Starbucks is in the cafe also. People were so friendly! We only stayed a night so it was fine for us.

Was not close to the historic district downtown but there was still a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby on King Street.

This hotel was great. It seems to be recently renovated and everything was very neat and clean. The staff was friendly, receptive, professional and efficient. One of the cleanest, nicest and well-staffed hotels I had stayed post-virus.

For being a little older property it was very clean and comfortable! Most other reviews mentioned the bed were creeky - which I agree. But overall comfortable. We we’re fortunate to get a corner room so it was very quiet and comfortable.

Parking was pricy but it was to be expected as most other hotels in the area charge the same.

Location was great and even more walk-able than I expected. Located near a parking garage that costs less than the valet at the hotel.

We asked for more pillows twice and never received them.
