It was very easy check in I was worried cause they kept Emailing me their policies so I didn't know if I had to pay deposit or any hidden fees...... BUT all all was good I just called the hotel and they ressurred me I was all set ! My room was very comfortable and clean , I love the big bed it was comfy , plenty hot water in the shower Im giving this 5 star great value if your on budget and looking to have holiday weekend

Great location, very clean updated rooms, easy check in, good breakfast. It was perfect for what we needed which was a one night stay for a quick beach trip. It was also pet friendly, the pet fee was only $25 extra a day which I found very reasonable. Lots of grassy areas to walk our dog.

For the price point this place was perfect.

Front desk receptionist Natasha was very friendly checking us in as well as receptionist that checked us out. Breakfast server was very friendly. Facility was extremely clean & great location. Recommended hotel to several people traveling with us. Will definitely stay there again while visiting Charleston.

My husband had to ask for extra towels & rags Saturday morning but housekeeping was very friendly.

The staff were very personable and accommodating.

The floors in the room were pretty dirty, so dirty my feet were black just walking from shower to bed to get dressed. There were cigarette burn holes in bed cover and curtains. A few cobwebs in upper corners. Not enough plugs, I bought an extension cord just so I could have the TV on and the microwave plugged in.

The staff was absolutely 100% on point. Nice, courteous, very professional, took my concerns seriously and made every effort to make sure my stay was more than satisfactory. Nobody is perfect, and the staff recognized that but that did not stop them from trying to be perfect. For the price this motel is an excellent stay, if you were to remove the staff, this hotel would be an acceptable stay. Overall the room was clean except the floor and no bugs anywhere, towels and linens were clean and stain free. Room (mine was a single king) was spacious and comfortable with charging ports on each side of the bed. Mini-fridge and microwave were clean and in good repair. Bathroom was clean with plenty of water pressure.

The floor of the room was dirty. May have been swept but not moped. After our first night we went to beach, cleaning staff came and got dirty towels and did not leave any clean towels behind. And when they left my room they did not pull the door shut. Not to worry nothing in my room was missing. I Brought my concern to the front desk and the issue was addressed immediately with an apology, and made sure that nothing from my room was missing, and did everything to make sure we were comfortable staying there the rest of our stay.

Good location, clean, comfortable, staff was excellent, friendly, Michele at front desk was outstanding. Tab the GM jumped in at reception desk in to expedite guests checking in. For a night stay or a few days, I would stay here again.

Like a lot of business, definitely need more staff. Room wasn’t ready when we got there, had to come back an hour later. I hope this issue that is hindering a lot of businesses can be overcome. Breakfast definitely needs an overhaul. But plenty of places to get a coffee/breakfast within a couple of minute drive.

They had a full breakfast with waffles, gravy biscuits, eggs, bagels, and more. The staff was very helpful the entire time we stayed. The room was very clean and comfortable. One of the best stays I've had anywhere in a while. Would definitely stay here again.

Some of the other guests were hanging out in the parking lot, drinking and having fun. It wasn't a big deal till they started fighting. Things were taken care of pretty quick though and it's not the facilities fault, just one of those things that happens.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Not very much was put out that particular morning. There was a choice between Cheerios or a waffle. There was no fruit or hard-boiled eggs or yogurt or bagels, etc.

This property was nice,clean and the price was excellent. The location was also very good walking distance to restaurants and Tanger outlets. The interstate was about 2 minutes away for easy access.
