Property lobby was clean and the room we stayed in was open and spacious enough for 4. Breakfast area was nicely set up. Wish there was more of a selection for breakfast.

The pull out sofa was not very comfortable. They handed us a bag with linen in it at the desk and they only clean room upon request if you aren’t staying more than 3 days. You have to walk downstairs to get extra towels, pillows. When we booked, we book for a queen suite. When we arrived, it was not available and we were told that since we booked through the booking.com site, there was no guarantee of room availability. Put is in the king suite and it was nice enough but the pull out sofa was not comfortable for my husband at all. Also, the pool area was nice;however, the chlorine was so strong that my eyes were burning while just sitting next to the pool.

Our room was COLD when we got there which was nice. There were some renovations going on, but still very clean. The bathrooms were clean, with no hairs in bed or on bathroom floors or walls, and plenty of towels. The lady at the front desk in the evenings was so helpful. The pool hours were nice and made it where we could actually enjoy it. We went down for breakfast one morning right at 10a when breakfast was ending and the breakfast staff continued to clean up but also continued to help us get whatever we needed to make sure we were able to eat. Very nice of them and they made us feel welcome to be there.

Really there wasn't anything to not like. Out of the 4 of us, my daughter complained about the bed, but beds are tricky and I don't think it is possible to please everyone on that one. She even complains about her bed at home, so......

Its a very nice building and close to the highway but you cant hear traffic! We had an amazing view of a pond in the back!

On one night our power went out and the ac was out and the elevators, but they did fix it by the morning so when i woke up to get breakfast it was good as new!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and plenty of shopping which was convenient for us since we had just flown in to Charleston from Europe on a late flight.

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and good food. Room was very comfortable. Pool was nicely maintained with hot tub and excellent bonus since the pool was a bit cold for December. Staff was friendly and very helpful getting us to our car rental location and pick up from the airport was very smooth which was great given that we were very jet lagged!

we asked for our room to be serviced as promised once during our stay but it was not. we had to ask for fresh towels twice

Asia was very friendly upon arriving. I loved talking to her. She was so sweet and helpful. I even had to go down stairs to get a remote and she took care of that right away. Everything there was very accommodating however, she topped it off. I just want to say Thank you Asia for everything.

The breakfast was excellent, and the people who ran it were friendly and efficient. There were lots of choices to fit everyone’s needs.

The first room we were assigned on the first floor had a musty smell like the carpet had been wet. The hotel staff moved us to the 2nd floor with no problem. There was no smell or issue with that room. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great cold ac in room. Good linens and amazing pillow. Huge tv. Breakfast definitely the best you could possibly want. Hot and cold items, awesome tiny fresh pancake maker! Friendly professional staff.

Breakfast was great! The room was nice and clean. Stuff was very nice and helpful. They let us check in early. I had a great experience!

Everything was great. I wish the gym was a bit more equipped.
