The location is right near the Charleston International Airport, but it is very quiet. The room was large and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly.

The location was near the interstate. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Staff were cordial. The property was Clean and nicely decorated. The pool area looked very inviting, but we were just passing through for the night, so didn't have time to enjoy it.

There was no safe in the room. Also could have used a small freezer in the room refrigerator. There was a nice desk in the room, but a lamp was mounted on the end of the desk and the end of the arm was almost out in the walking path. Would be easy for someone to run into it.

Seriously the absolute cleanest, nicest, friendliest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. The room was so nice. Some of the best sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel. Comfortable beds. Quiet atmosphere. The walk in shower was a nice touch. The breakfast was great. Lots of options. Just a short drive to several restaurants and Topgolf

The only semi bad thing was parking. There were several vehicles with trailers that took up 4 or 5 spots a piece making it difficult to find a spot. We got the last open spot way in the back. But other than that everything was great!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Typical hotel breakfast, but it was very good. The room was very nice - I really appreciated details (like outlets) in the room and bathroom that were well thought-out. Very comfortable. Most of my time was going to be spent around the college in Charleston and I was surprised how easy it was to drive there, only about 15 minutes.

It's an airport hotel and you should expect to hear large planes from time to time. Overall, the room was very quiet. It's not really a walking area, with more fast/casual restaurants. Again, it's very easy to drive to other areas.

This is a beautiful hotel and kept immaculant and very modern. The staff, including Kim at front desk, and the Shuttle driver's were super friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Free continental breakfast is also very good. Coffee and free bottled water available at front desk 24 hrs was a added bonus.

The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable however the room we were in smelled like a dog has been kept in room for a very long time. Febreeze helped the front desk provided but the smell came back within an hour. Room 509 to be exact.

location was ideal, perfect distance from a majority of the places we needed to go, was in walking distance of some fun activities and wasn’t a far driving distance from various stores and other entertainment spots. The staff were really hospitable and the waffles were yummy.

I wish there were balconies, but that’s nothing that can be changed post construction. The rooms are very nice.

We had a great stay at this location. Hotel is clean, bright and smells good. The breakfast was very good and complete. Glad they offered roasted potatoes and hot oatmeal, since I can't eat bread. Hot drinks selection was very good too especially to wind down at night.

It is a little bit of a drive to downtown Charleston (20 minutes), but would definitely stay here again if I come back!

Loved the delicious breakfast. The lovely ladies at desk were very helpful and professional. Were always ready to answer all my questions. The room was spacious but would have liked a chair to sit in. The outdoor fire pit was nice. I liked how there was always bottled water to drink. Beds comfy, pillows could have been larger. I liked that no one entered your room unless you asked for a service. Also getting on route 26 was super easy and convenient.

Needed a chair in room to sit in. Pricey. I also did not like the location of elevators.

The breakfast was excellent with eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit. There was something for everyone's needs. We did not have to eat lunch because the breakfast was so filling. The desk personnel were very helpful and hospitable. The lobby had a nice, clean and welcoming aroma. Everything was clean and orderly.

I cannot think of any dislikes.

Elegant lobby, wide hallways, always available elevator, well appointed rooms - even the water pressure and size of the droplets from the shower seemed perfect

Water pressure on the faucet was lacking - sticky hardwood floors, room carpet and a musty room smell is an industry constant - this happens to me so often I’ve given up downgrading my reviews - not sure if I’m feeling highly humid rooms that make floors and furniture sticky, or am I feeling bleach residue from cleaning solutions. Either way, I have to take a wet washcloth to bed to clean my feet when I get in.
