The bed was very comfortable, the ability to adjust the ac temperature was nice. Breakfast was very good and the atrium pleasant. We enjoyed the evening social.

No daily housekeeping service during the height of the pandemic was understandable but that seems to have become the new normal, which should be fine except that the room rates do not reflect the diminished service. The outlets in our room only had enough power to charge our cell phones, not my smart watch. My curling iron never got beyond warm so my hair looked pretty interesting when we attended our grandson's graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson.

when arriving at the hotel I was informed by the front desk that I had to pay $100 more for incidentals. Which wasn’t an issue, however I wish it was known ahead of time that there would be more to pay I felt it was inconvenient and made the check In process longer knowing last minute. Also with the breakfast vouchers, and complimentary drinks while you stay could have been more advertised. felt like I missed the complimentary drinks and had to find my breakfast vouchers because I wasn’t informed I had them with my room key until last minute

I didn't like the fact that ur staff gave someone a key to my mom's room and they went in on her while she was sleeping and god only knows what could have happened you know anything could have happened....not to mention after my mom got woke up with a group of strangers coming in on her the workers told my mom she wasn't even supposed to be in that room and I rented and paid for both of them now that in it self was very wrong and all we got was a lil money takin off that one night when I stayed and payed for 2 rooms for 2 nights I will not recommend anyone stay there and thanks to this my mom can't sleep

I never wrote feedback, that's gonna be my first one, but I can't share my experience. so first - what I liked in this hotel. I and my family (2 adults 1 a kid) stayed in the room with one king bed plus a sofa bed - it was comfortable for us. The room was big enough with all the necessary equipment. Nice big parking and two functionally fast elevators. unfortunately, we have not seen the pool because we stayed just for one night, also that's why I can't say more about some things because our experience was quick. BUT! Since I spent more than 8 years in the hotels and restaurant business as an administrator, I do want to say, what's made me extremely happy in this place. It's the staff! Oh my God! This employees was so friendly and great! They won my heart! Probably this guys, that's an employees who we met - it's the best in this hotel. Lady at the front desk and the staff at the buffet on breakfast - were incredible! I want to say big thanks that people! Without you guys this hotel probably will die! If we ever come back to this hotel, it's just because of the staff.

what we didn't like is - the quality of the hotel! I know it's not a hotel with a higher price, but lots of things time to be renovated. Very very old details in the room and elevators. Windows and ceilings. And the biggest thing that was very weird for us - the smell in our room. omg, the smell was so bad, but fortunately, we had the opportunity to open the window and it helped a bit. Sinks and door handles. a lot! lots of things need to change. you have such a nice staff, but he doesn't deserve to take on the negative emotions of the guests because of bad smell or old and clogged sinks. The hotel could do a refresh.

I disliked checkin. We were told we could do so early, we spent over $7,000.00 plus cash bar for my mother’s 90th birthday party. The hotel couldn’t get a single room available for my 90th year old mom, we had at least 114 guest but we had to dress in the public restroom. Having more than 10 people in the restroom was horrible. My son and the front desk came to an impasse, he’s a vice president for a national insurance company who Hilton does business with conferences had them cancel his reservation and now he stated that he will personally make sure they stop the support of giving you business, his name is Demetrius Johnson. Many of our guess who stayed felt that your front desk treated them badly because you had a racial clerk. Some stated that they were on the list of room Available but learned tgat tgeir names were not on the list at all. We had a theme costume party but many of my family didn’t dress because the refused to dress in a public restroom. We were not treated right. The food was great, the audio gentleman was great, the breakfast was great, but tell me this, why do your guest have to present a ticket to dine, I have never had to do this before. At any rate, I caught grief and now hard feeling from my family because of the check in. Your hotel was suppose to have at least one room available, my poor momma at age 90 had to sit for 6 hours in the hallway getting her hair and makeup done. Not a good experience.

The breakfast is always the best. As usual it was the best part.

The bartender had zero personality, and didn't want to make the drink we ordered because it didn't come out of a tap or wine bottle. As we walked a way someone behind us asked for a mixed drink and he made it without complaints...it felt like we were simply the wrong color. The room was not up to the Hilton standard. The Hotel is in definite need of renovation. The shower curtain had mold on it, the AC was dripping through the ceiling. The tub drain was rusting out. Overall it's just time for a major renovation. We have been staying here on and off for 15 years and their has been zero proactive maintenance to the rooms it seems.

Staff was great! Really polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. Nice gift bag. Really liked the free happy hour. Dinner was good. Very comfortable beds. Did not have breakfast but it smelled great!

Chairs in my room's sitting area were old and not very comfortable. Seats were sagging. They should be replaced. The bathroom was adequate. However I would have liked higher quality soaps considering the cost of the suite. The shower head was immobile. Although the bathroom served its purpose, while in there I imagined myself at a clean budget motel. Not a $ 450 per night Embassy Suite. These are small criticisms. Just some things for you to consider. I still enjoyed my stay and will continue to seek out Embassy Suites in the future.

I Didn't Like That If You Book On A Booking Site Online Expect Your Card To Be Charged Double 😒 And It Take Day's To Refund It. Also When I Called The Receptionist Was Rude When I Was Asking About The Overcharge. Also There Is A $10 Additional Fee For Parking Which Was OK Because I'm Guessing If Something Happened To Your Vehicle They Would Handle It.

The hotel itself is amazing for the value. The breakfast will make you want to take a nap afterwards! It's simply great! The cook seemed to not want to be there. Kind of a bad attitude, but his omelets were great.

The ONLY issue that I had was that the heat didn't work in my room and it was 18 degrees outside! My room was an icebox and nothing could be done until engineering came in the next morning. I wasn't even offered an apology for this inconvenience.
