This hotel was perfect for our family trip! The facilities were very clean and updated and everything really lived up to the pictures. Every staff member that we interacted with, even just in passing, was super nice and extremely helpful. There was an awesome breakfast available and the morning staff totally gave an energizing vibe to get the day going! Location worked well for our trip. Everything is about 10 minutes from this hotel and there is access to the Saluda river just 3 minutes away(seriously check this out)! Definitely would stay again if ever in SC!

Breakfast was good and staff was great.

The price was extreme for Graduation but was expected. My biggest complaint is that we returned from grad party to a power outage that lasted from around midnight - 3am and had to go straight to bed without a shower or lights. Then when it came back on, alarm clock went off every 15 minutes in the room (even after unplugged everything I could find). Not the hotel's fault but felt that the $$$ room rate was wasted for what I needed the room for and would love to be compensated with a voucher for a future stay. This was not offered at the property.

I was very pleased with a spacious, clean suite with a fridge, microwave, and contactless water fountain on my floor. I relaxed in a quiet area and enjoyed the pool with a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I was able to stay on schedule with my workout by using a variety of weights and elliptical machine in the fitness room. I wanted to extend my stay. I’m telling all my friends and relatives.

I wish I could have received a coupon to share with friends who may want to try the hotel out.

Breakfast was good . Thank you for the lady who prepared it . Dining is clean . Front desk lady was kind . As my first time flying and traveling. I was scared so having someone greet you with kindness eases the fear, anxiety and you become strong enough to continue your journey. I was so thankful for her 🙏 . I tipped her and gave her a big hug when I left . God is good 👍

Spa would have eased my body aches if it was hotter 😊 but it was warm so it was okay 👍

The premise was clean and the hotel and carpet was in excellent condition. The breakfast staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating to ensure our experience was great. Bravo!!!!

The luggage carry equipment needs to be replace. They were dirty and hard to push.

The room was sufficient. It was quiet and comfortable.

The floors,countertop, & doorways were sticky as molasses.(even the tile floors in the lobby had spilled sticky stuff on them) No toilet paper,and no bedding was in the room for the sofa bed. Website said there was a pool, but didn't say it was closed for renovations. Dirty dishes were in dishwasher. The shampoo dispenser was empty as well.

Second military graduation so second stay at this hotel. It was not the same staff but the previous and this set of staff are lovely!!

The pool and Jacuzzi were closed I think they were being treated because the chlorine smell was strong. South Carolina was so dam cold it was okay, just went to my room.

It was quiet and clean. We chose it because of it's location to the River Walk. Staff was very friendly!

Our room was apparently just renovated. There was a wall sconce that was hung but not well. It was not plugged in. No outlet close by. We had to leave it on the floor because if you gently brushed against it, it would fall. Not a big deal.

The staff were great. The location was perfect.

The first room we were assigned had excessive grout around the drain in the shower. The toilet seat had a dent (divet) that did not speak to the quality of the hotel. The exercise room treadmill was not functioning and the swimming pool was under construction.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and helpful. Included breakfast was very good. Good value. I have paid much more for far less nice hotels.

My only complaint is that the indoor spa was very warm. Heater possibly broken.
