The location is very good. Easy, free parking. It is a bit of a walk to downtown Greenville but not too bad. Actually, the walk would help with burning some calories! So good. Checkin is easy and they often even allow earlier check in--even at 1 PM! Plus the hotel has a 24 hour vending machine with even beer/wine--you'd have to pay via the front desk though.

Honestly can't complain about a thing! Perhaps the breakfast hours could be longer than 930 AM? Because I have nothing to complain about, this is it! We have been staying here again and again. The best value for the money in downtown Greenville!

Hotel was modern, newer, and well-kept. Room was clean, bed comfortable and soft, and great water pressure in the shower. The trifecta of hotel amenities for me. Added cherry on top was the amazing breakfast spread; biscuits and gravy, sausage, cheese omelets, fruit, cereal, grits, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, muffins, toast...I felt like they offered a lot to make the stay special; free cookies, name brand shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. Super convenient location for event at Bon Secours Wellness Arena (walking distance), a fitness center, and it's the first hotel I've ever seen that had a chair lift/hoist for the disabled to be able to use the pool.

The walls were a bit thin, but you are always at risk of rude people ruining nice things.

Great location! The rooms were dated but still nice. I do believe it was mentioned that renovations would be starting soon. Stayed for the Clemson Football game but the funniest part for me was the local shops and restaurants. Looking forward to the new renovations

There was an issue with my booking.com reservation. We had modified the reservation by one night and instead of a modification, it was a cancellation for two nights. No one seemed to be able to assist so I had to call Holiday Inn reservations and book a separate night as the front desk said they were not allowed to book a room?? Made no sense at all.

Location was excellent. Short walk to main street, where most of downtown shops, restaurants and bars are located. Wonderful waterfront park was nice walk away.

Breakfast was included in stay, but a lot of food items were out when we arrived, including coffee. Some food items were very cold. No fan in bathroom. Could hear small children constantly running in room above ours.

Room was very clean. Location to downtown was very good. Deja at front desk was always ready to assist with any need we had. Food was typical breakfast, but was fresh and well maintained.

There was only one front desk staff on duty and they were often away from the desk.

One reason we chose a Holiday Inn Express is the breakfasts are always good. This Holiday Inn did not disappoint! The breakfast was very good and staff did a wonderful job of replenishing the food as needed.

The ac unit did a great job of keeping the room cool but was a bit noisy. We travel with a small fan so wasn't a problem for us. Access to cold, filtered water would be a nice touch:)

Breakfast was fine and everything went pretty well while we were there. The hotel worked with us due to travel plan changes to cancel a room at no charge so we were very grateful for that.

the first person we met when we checked it didn't seem like she really wanted to be there or take care of customers. The other item was the matress was like a rock and rather uncomfortablee.

very clean and quiet! I don’t remember the girls name, she worked the front desk until 10pm on 2/2…she was THE BEST! she had the best customer service on anyone I’d ever seen. I wish I had gotten her name to give her the proper recognition she deserves.

Location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were there for an event an Bon Secours and it was literally less than 5 minute walk down the street. Room was clean, bed was comfy, fresh baked cookies all of the amenities were available.

location was really accessible to all of downtown greenville. room was huge plenty of space.

couldn't figure out where the light to the armoire was. nice renovations. you could see some discrepancies from the remodeling job.
