Comfortable and very spacious and clean room with a Keurig coffee maker. Very clean bathrooms. The staff at the front desk (especially Julia) was exceptionally helpful. The location is perfect, two blocks from the busy and vibrant Main Street with shops and restaurants. It takes about 20/25 minutes to walk to the popular Falls Park.

For the first night I got room #205 directly behind the elevator. Needless to say, the noise level from the elevator was terrible starting in the early morning (I had arrived late). Luckily I was able to switch to a quieter room for the second night, for which I was very grateful.

Location was incredibly convenient to downtown. We chose this property due to the great cancellation policy along with proximity to downtown. The check in staff were incredibly friendly as well as the breakfast staff. Everyone we met was amazing. Breakfast was simple but varied and the coffee was fresh. They had fresh fruit as well. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Only medium heat water was available in the morning but in the afternoon the shower was hot. It was a festival weekend and I imagine rooms were sold out. Water was not cold so it wasn’t a *real* issue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC worked excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I was thankful for the mini fridge.

The check in process was very difficult for me. It took me an hour or more to finally get checked into my room. I booked the room through booking.com and paid in full. When I arrived at the hotel I was told my virtual card was declining and I couldn’t be let into my room. I spent 45 minutes on hold with booking.com trying to get the issues resolved. That wasn’t really the properties fault as much as booking.com but it was still a huge inconvenience.

Exceptionally clean and modern style, offers complimentary toiletries if you forget yours, rooms are QUIET, has Keurig coffee pots in the room with plenty of clothes storage for hanging clothes along with a full ironing board in the room.

Wasn’t aware until check in (it’s also not listed on the booking) that a $50 charge for security deposit would be placed on my card and refunded in a few days. This should be notated on the site as it’s why we chose this hotel for no hidden fees until.. there was.

Hotel is so close to everything. We were there for SEC Tournament so we walked back and forth and then were able to eat at all the great restaurants in the beautiful downtown area.. Everything was great! Staff was wonderful, especially Venus, we loved her, but they were all super friendly! We even had them cheering on our LSU Lady Tigers! Rooms were very clean also. Was a little pricey but had no complaints so worth it otherwise!

Rhianna at the front desk was the sweetest! Very welcoming. Knowledgeable friendly. The Room Attendant I seen the next morning was very sweet she was gonna be cleaning our room 407. The man that was cooking breakfast was on top of it. Breakfast was great! Beds were sooo comfortable and pillows were cozy soft. When we were coming to check out I stopped to get coffee and the lady was cleaning wiping things down...she was very friendly and showed me what to get. Loved the friendliness all around! Will definitley stay again!

Breakfast was good. Loved the pancake maker. Bacon was good. Nice area to eat. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Our room was big. We had a king suite. Location to Bons Secure Wellness Arena is the best. Will definitely come back next year.

Breakfast: Hot food options were limited. I can't eat sausage and do not eat peppers in my eggs (omelet). Mattress was a little hard. Would have preferred a walk-in shower to the tub.

The location was great for anytime activities.The bed was amazing. It was so soft and comfortable and the room overall were really nice

The hot water and pressure was horrible.. The hot water was a little over the warm side than hot and the pressure was extremely low. The breakfast was ok it was more for pork eaters. So my options where limited

All staff at Reception were smart and friendly. The location was quite good Room were big enough and Clean.

There was not even one small water as a complimentary in the room. But when I tried to buy from the small market next to the reception, the lady in the reception gave me one as a complimentary. Thanks

Good breakfast. But was greeted when we arrived by a wonderful woman named Barbara Rondon. She was a pleasant and caring person. The other staff and also the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our water pressure was a bit low but other than that we had no problems. We did tell Barbara and within 5 minutes a maintenance man was looking into the situation.
