I like the staff. They were friendly and helpful. Having a warm breakfast was great! I did like having a microwave and mini Frig in the room. I did enjoy the location because we were near the Malls.

We past the Sleep Inn because the outside sign land mark wasn't there. One of the light fixture wasn't working. The towels and face clothes were rough enough to scrape your skin off. I realize this isn't 5 star resort but can you please work on that. The paint job in our room was poorly done. The carpets need to be redone. The property needs an upgrade.

Spacious room. Good view. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast.

A few drawbacks were the loveseat in our room (306) being wider than the wall behind it thus blocking some of the sink area (a wide chair would fit better). Also need more shelf space inside the shower preferably on the wall opposite from the faucet. The toilet paper roll holder was the wrong size.

Good staff, clean comfortable room & good complimentary breakfast. The location was very near to where I had business to attend.

There was a small water leak that occurred on my room's ceiling from the room above mine at the bathroom entrance & because the hotel was completely booked, I was unable to be transferred to another room. Luckily, the leak on lasted about 20 minutes & wasn't in an area that would have made it impossible to remain in the room. However, on my inspection of the ceiling I could tell that the hotel had had problems with the ceiling leaking on several occasions before my stay. There are no restaurants in close proximity to this hotel.

Even though the inn has been around for a couple of decades or more, it feels up to date and in good condition. This is an excellent location for my purposes.

The higher parts of the room had not been well cleaned. There were obvious cobwebs hanging from the ceiling area. The sound insulation could be better. It was easy to hear TVs from other rooms when we were trying to sleep.

Everything was clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice selection of TV channels. Continental breakfast was good as always. Staff was polite and courteous.

Not sure what could be done about it, but the noise from the traffic in my 3rd story room at night was awful. It wasn't an issue in previous stays, but those rooms were on the ground floor set away from the road.

The people who work there are top notch, especially a lovely young lady named Lina. Went above and beyond to help me with an extremely early fight.

Nothing. A perfectly equipt room, with microwave, little fridge, coffee maker, super clean bathroom with nice towels and lots of hot water. Nice bedding, A/C set at the perfect temperature. Great breakfast area and very good vending Macine and ice maker room. They gave me the exact room location that I requested. Wish every airport hotel were up to their standards. They even had staff working at 5:00 AM, when I departed to assist me. Cannot say enough good things about my experience at this Sleep Inn. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The room was very nice, spacious and loved the big walk in shower!! Lots of restaurants near by.

The bed was a little on the harder side. The walls are really thin. The next door neighbors were having a really good morning, we heard EVERYTHING!!! You know the scene in After Harry met Sally!! I'll have what she's having bahahaha They had a decent hot breakfast. Eggs, Sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffle, cereal, muffins, etc... The only thing with breakfast was the apple juice was so watered down, I may have just been drinking water.

The staff was very nice & helpful. Whatever I needed they were able to assist me.

Nothing. I didn’t have any problems at all. Therefore I don’t have any negative things to say about the hotel.

The location was great! We had an event at the Greenville convention center and it was only a minute to the center, probably could have walked its that close. Rooms were clean. Hot breakfast was good, had eggs, gravy, bagels, cereal,etc...nothing special rate it good(similar to going to McDonald's). Staff was great. Plenty of food, grocery, etc...all around. Felt safe,average area...real nothing to complain about for my family and the event/reason we were in town...and was priced good....great value for the money....but we are also simple people. Would stay again with no questions...so if your looking for something simple, not expensive,nothing fancy, but not the bottom....this is the place to stay( good,better,best) I would put it at the better mark!

The room was a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind.

The area was unfamiliar to me. We travel to Greenville several times a year for medical appointments at Shriners. This was our first time staying in the area.
