This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff is excellent, very helpful and very accommodating! They were so nice to us, and if you had a problem, they were right there with the solution.

The TV service is horrible. They don't have a guide to tell you what's on that matches the channels they have available so you're left scrolling through them trying to find something to watch, and that takes forever! They really need an upgrade on their TV service, including new TV's... the TV in our room was very small and had these weird lines on it...

the oceanfront view was beautiful especially the sunrise on the ocean; the room was clean well maintained , location great

the carpet in the hallway looks dirty; We waited for the elevator this morning for more than 30 mn we were trying to check out at 11:00 am it was impossible it was chaotic and very stressful. Also the price was a little high we booked on wednesday it was $800 for the two days , on Friday when we were coming the price dropped to $450 it was so unfair.

We visited for my son's 5th birthday vacation. It was a very good experience. We really enjoyed being able to park in the garage and to leave our car there for our entire stay. Most of everything we needed was in walking distance. While it was cold, we loved being close to the boardwalk and the beach. The people were very nice.

Our room was small, but cozy. We were also looking for room service to come change our towels and trash and we ended up having to ask for it. The water pressure for the shower was also very light.

Easy check in and out - friendly staff Very comfortable bed left door open for ocean breeze . Nice little balcony to watch the ocean - I was pleased Easy parking accross the street in garage

I really liked the location. The hotel was very secure.

In the garage 80-90% of the lights didn't work so it was very dark even during the day. As a single mom to me this is a dangerous and scary situation.

My room was upgraded and it was beautiful looking. Full kitchen dinning table with 6 chairs livingroom area was great balcony with chairs the room was great looking . Oh also a washer and dryer in room.

I didn't like there was a closet with heating and cooling furnace and it ran all day . It was very loud . The noise was annoying . The only time it didn't make sound was when no air was on and we needed air . So the room looked beautiful but the noise made it uncomfortable and it next to bedroom. Getting to sleep was uncomfortable. Had to have tv loud . I would stay here again if I'm able to go in and see room.

It was a dead roach in the kitchen cabinet, the tub was not properly clean very slippery, the beds was not to comfortable , lots of stains in the carpet.

This room 402 was ok , city view with balcony and side view of the ocean with a balcony. Full kitchen with appliances, double queen size beds, living room , couch/bed washer and dryer , one bathroom. Two Flat screen TVs.

Little wearing of the living room and dining room furniture. Little rust in some of the stainless steel pots , maybe floor cleaning machine for kitchen floor , maybe solution from it rust the side of the refrigerator scarred the cabinets maybe from floor machine and above the refrigerator ceiling has water damage. Television in bedroom doesn't work properly with remote , some kind of Fire TV stuck on it when you turn it on .
