The view was immaculate. Very spacious! Super comfortable. A lot of sleeping options.

They didnt clean the jacuzzi tub. There was black bits coming out of the jets. Hair was still on the walls in the bathroom from previous guest, hair and hairbands were still on the sink from the last guest. Sheets were not changed from previous guest as hair and sand were in the bed. The towel rack beside the sink falls off at the slightest touch. And the breakers kept tripping on the jacuzzi and the microwave. Maintenance came twice to fix it. Management walked in hotel room while we were dressing for the day.

Location was good

The bed was not very good noisy and uncomfortable. Stayed 5 days paid for cleaning everyday and only cleaned 2 times but still charged. Small TV's

The suite with two rooms was very clean and comfortable. It was like a little apartment with a beautiful oceanfront view. It even had a washing machine. We were two families (7 ppl in total) and we were very comfy. Because it was a two room suite (and we were 2 families) we had two parking passes. The location makes it perfect for a family trip. There’s a lot of things to do with the kids. There's an amusement park and parasailing and banana boating at a walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly.

People smoking weed in the balconies. They didn't offer real breakfast. They had big jugs with black coffee Not enough tables to sit with the family near the pool.

Location, pool and hotel tubs. Room was big, full kitchen and comfortable beds.

No breakfast offered. Nice resort, but the Laundry Room is definitely outdated. The ATM machine was out of order at the resort, so I had to walk across the street to use that ATM, buy something and the get quarters to use. Definitely can use updated machines to accept cards. Also, no parking deck attached to hotel. Had to park across the street.

Great location

The housekeeper didn’t clean the room, I have to clean it myself. She didn’t showed up to bring towels or take the trash out, but the day of check out she was knocking the door at 9:00 am asking at what time I was leaving.

The beds in the 2nd bedroom were much to be desired. The bed itself was ok, but every time you moved the springs creaked.

The location was great, easy to get to attractions and restaurants. the pools and hot tubs were wonderful and the beach was beautiful.

Furniture was beat up, updates are needed to make the rooms feel less used. Doors were peeling, vents covered with dust, lots of light switches that didn’t work. only one tv remote that didn’t go with either tv.

The hotel is steps away from the beach, and I mean steps. Once you walk to the pool, you are at the beach. The staff was great, and the ocean view room was good to be ocean view. There are plenty of pools to choose from. City view was everything also with the options of city or ocean view. The kitchen was fully stock with kitchen items. There is plenty of hard tissue for restrooms, so I'm glad I brought my own. Save the best for last the mattress was everything didn't want to leave.....

Nothing is close as far as food and stores. The store that's close is expensive for no reason. Bedroom #1 had hair in the bed and in the bathroom. Room needed to be mop, and air out seafood smell was so strong it never went away 4 days of my stay. The price of the room is just expensive $800 was a discount for three nights.

My weekend stay was excellent, only thing I could complain about was the unprofessional of the front desk workers

First I was going off of the reviews but something kept saying just try it anyway and I'm glad I did because it was nice friendly resort and also if you don't ask for what you need then how can the staff assist your family needs so also go to front desk tell them the problem. They accommodated whatever I needed rather it was towles,rags,soap,tissue,get cleaning service. I really will say Thanks to Ms.Love up front she is the goat. Don't wait until you leave to say what's wrong or what don't suit you see something say something.🤩

Just Jacuzzi inside should be a little hotter.
