My room was awesome sat on the balcony in the morning drinking my coffee and enjoying the ocean view. Even the people in the rooms around me were great. I do not have one bad word to say. Walking distance to everything.

I loved it all.

Right on the beach had a Lil water area for my little ones to play had pizza close by for delivery

Parking due to ppl taking our designated spots because of a concert that was being held down the street

There was some difficulty with my hotel reservation made the night before. I was told it was canceled, and I certainly didn’t cancel it. It may have been some confusion at the system. I went through to order at wanting additional information that I never received a request for till much too late. I never had that problem ever before. The lady at the front office said we can give you walk-in billing that was even less expensive. I use the same Charge card that was a problem with and there was no problem in the office and the rate was less expensive. Parking was much easier than some of the big hotels where the parking is elevated across the street and takes a while to get from there to the hotel I had the ocean Front room that I requested. Everything was working perfectly. There is no hairdryer, so make sure you bring one. I would gladly book this hotel again, which is overlooking the boardwalk, the beach and the pier. In the future, I expect to check with them before I check with anyone else.

My main concern was all of the steps or different elevations that were not colored in a way that they were easy to see.

I love the pool the location to the beach and that you can bring pets I'm planning a trip next year for a week there and I'm bringing my pet and I'm also requesting a balcony suite cuz I like those rooms

Only thing I didn't like about Myrtle Beach was the high prices next to the Sea a couple of locks up and everything is back to normal but other than that I had a fantastic time I haven't been on a vacation in about 8 years of real vacation so I had a lot of fun and it was definitely a place I'm trying to get back to next year maybe they'll send me some type of discount or something I loved it

We've stayed here before. We returned because it's pet friendly and clean, and we like the location.

It's the end of the season, and obviously, they are in the process of making repairs and other maintenance issues. The parking lots being repaired created some minor inconveniences. The room cleaning staff could certainly use some lessons on how to treat the customers. They have a tendency to be quite rude. The hot water faucet didn't work in the bathroom sink. I suggest you bring your own towels.

They set me up in The Eagles Nest. I've been wanting to stay in that part for some time, But it was either booked or I forget to ask. I loved it. Gonna try to get it everytime I stay there.

There was a problem with the sprinkler system. It came on every night at 1:00 am . It would spray the door and water would sceep under the patio door. Thus making the rug wet. I informed them about it. They said the system was controlled by the City . I found that strange. But the next night it didn't turn on.

I love the fact it was on the beach ⛱️ I could see the ocean mostly the price is the best thing being on the beach close to all the attractions. The size of the room is wonderful love the fact it has a mini fridge and microwave help save on food expense also had a coffee maker ice machine on ground level.

I feel like the pool is always dirty there is a lot of people hanging around outside around the hotel that makes you feel kindly unsafe the rooms don't get cleaned or offered towels very often but for the value of the room it good

it is very busy area but perfect for beach fun and shopping

Me and my Husband really Enjoyed the Balcony on the oceanfront we had the perfect spot!

Our room was really cozy and the room was very clean the only bad thing about the room was the bathroom window you could see through it from the inside and outside so we had to put up a towel up so you wouldn't be able to see through it at all And also the parking was not so good because we had to park across the street and we seen other people parking in the parking lot where the rooms was that didn't have a room at that hotel and then they started walking around so that part wasn't good because it held up some of the spots in the parking lot for the people who Actually who stayed at that Hotel but other then them 2 things Overall it was Great 👍

there were no coffee cups to drink out of. no utensils no dish towels no dish soap to wash the dishes I brought. and if there is not no rugs in the room to wipe sand off of feet before getting in to bed. at least a bed side rug. sorry but if I had known this I would have brought my own and a broom.
