The location to the beach. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The boardwalk was very nice. The pool area was nice. An inexpensive Uber ride to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go.

we were unaware of the $50 a day incidental charges as well as the additional $15 a day for resort fees. When booking through Booking.com it says that all taxes and fees were included but upon check out there was an additional charge per day of $15 for resort fees. Which was very misleading. I think the pool area should stay open to at least midnight considering that it is in a resort hotel plus a high traffic vacation destination.

We went during the off peak season (February) and we had a oceanfront room and it was wonderful! The room was big with a full kitchen, table, small couch, chair two double beds. We sat on the small deck and nobody else could see us which was great. The view obviously was great on the 14th floor. The breakfast was included and was wonderful and well maintained. You step out onto the boardwalk which is nice for morning walk and the beach is right there also. Quiet, peaceful at this time of year and the inside pool was enjoyable.

Very cumbersome and a headache trying to load and unload in front of the hotel. Parking is off site. Beware they charge you $10/day to park yourself and much more for valet parking. This is not told upfront there is a sign after you come out of the hotel on one of the beams of the charges.

you have to pay for parking. Also no where on here does it say they charge resort fee. after my trip I received an email where they charged me the daily fee.

The room was very spacious, included a kitchenette with full sized fridge, sink, & small stove area. There was a comfy couch with tv area as well as a TV in front of the bed on the other side. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice, shower itself was nice but...

The shower had the WORST water pressure I have ever experienced in a hotel. It really was the biggest bummer! The other thing that was off putting was the check in desk is on the 3rd floor, and you have to pay for valet if you don't want to worry about walking across the street to the parking garage. But the valet service was easy to use

We really enjoyed our last minute get away to Myrtle and this hotel, I know it says resort, but its a hotel, did not disappoint. It was full but didn't feel overly crowded except during breakfast. Everything was clean, the staff all very helpful and courteous, we had an absolutely amazing view of the beach from our room. My only complaint was there wasn't any information about the resort and parking fees ahead of time. That was and additional costs, which was fine I just wish I would have known so it was not a surprise. Otherwise great place, would consider going back.

Resort fees were not mentioned when we booked, nor the daily parking fee, since this was our first time in Myrtle Beach, didn't take away from the experience, just an added expense.

My kids loved the pool and slides. It is right on the beach so easy access to and from boardwalk/beach. You can walk to the main strip with shops and attractions. Hotel and pool are clean, breakfast is pretty good, staff is friendly. Valet service is expensive but very nice. They provided room service when asked, gave us extra pillows and towels. They were attentive and responded quickly to our needs. Overall a nice stay.

Not all elevators were working during our stay so wait times were very long depending on the time of day. We had a weird experience where an outlet or something short circuited and the fire alarm in our room went off briefly but had not registered with maintenance guys. They came to inspect the room after we called the front desk (and they came fast!) and all was fine but it made me feel a little uncomfortable at first (this was the first night there). After that everything was fine and overall a nice experience.

Location was great. Staff was friendly but some like housekeeper did not seem to understand or speak English. She was smiling and nodded but not understanding.

Door in bathroom stuck and drug across the floor, it was very difficult for us to move. Housekeeper was asked for additional toilet paper on the 4th day when she came to clean the room. She didn't leave any, also she didn't sweep the sand from the bathroom. A call to the front desk was needed to get the toilet paper, we then received it. The drawers in the chest fell off the tracks when they were opened and closed. The water pressure in bathroom sink was very little. The kitchen sinks pressure was good.

I booked online through Booking.com and was given a price that I would pay when I arrived at the resort, but when I got there I was informed that I would be charged a mandatory vallet and incidentals fee for each day we stayed. Now the Incidentals was based upon if you used any of the resorts services like the restaurant or the snack shop etc., but the vallet was mandatory. It was frustrated to have these extra services added upon my arrival. I would have been alright if I was informed in advance about these services.

The location is right on the beach and very comfortable and spacious. Beach was amazing and not crowded where we set up in front of the hotel. Room is very nice and had a big fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and dishes for 4. There is a laundry room if you need to do any laundry while there. It's within walking distance of some of the shops and about 10mins driving distancd from Broadway on the beach.

Water in the living room only ran hot. Toaster wouldn't work properly. Door in the bathroom had a spot where it would rub against the floor when you went to open it and when it was shut there was a slight gap. The valet situation is horrible. I've stayed at this hotel before and they have a parking garage that you were able to access but when we arrived I was told that the valet was your only option for $25 a day. We had to wait for the car and everytime we got in it, it smelled like a sweaty man which wasn't ideal. The pillows could definitely be firmer as well, felt like they were almost nonexistent.

on the beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants. There is a restaurant inside of the property food is good and the portions are large. there is a bar did not try it. There is an indoor pool but smells like bleach. overall I love it.

Bed was not comfortable felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. Carpet is outdated and torn called maintenance about it no one came. The room we were in was clean but does need a overhaul with updating we were on the 19th floor maybe the renovations did not make it up there.
