Beautiful location and view, lots to do on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tubs were super clean. Plenty of chairs poolside to choose from, well lit for nighttime swimming. Beds were comfy, housekeeping made sure to get trash and provide clean towels every morning.

Elevators were very finicky, they would get "stuck" you would have to open and close the door several times to get it to "reset" and go. At times, that didn't even work, you would just have to wait and change to a different elevator. There weren't a lot of kitchen items, i.e. bowls, cooking utensils, pots. We made do with what was there but with a large family and cooking meals there it would have been nice to have more to work with.

The cleanliness, the welcoming feeling, the pools and accessibility to food and coffee. Everything was great !

We spent 6 days, room had full kitchen, balcony overlooked the pool and beach. Parking garage floor matched our room floor, so that was nice, no elevator required except to go swimming. Beach was so easy to access, the pool area is large, and they provide a great kids' splash area as well as an indoor pool. Would book this again easily.

There is no dishwasher in the full kitchen. Toilet was too close to the wall. If you are medium to large, you're going to hit the paper dispenser with your backside. Room for one person at a time in the shower and sink area, but the room can sleep up to 8 people, 2 queen, a pull down, and a sofa sleeper. If we had a large group, the bathroom situation would be hard to work around.

I been there before, rooms are always of a great size, and very comfortable, they have a all year around open pool which it's great for when you want to swim for a little during winter time.

When I arrived the receptionist was rude, when I arrived to check in she just stared at me, I told her I had reservation, I handed out my stuff she just look at me didn't say anything at all.. ga e me my stuff didn't even explain where my room was or what floor, I thought she was deff. So I'm being nice we check in at around 1:30 AM. I told her thank you and all she said was ok. And gave me 2 cards, told me to make sure i use the bands for the pool.. rude I been there before and i have never had this issue before, everyone else have always been very polite.

The location of the property was great. The rooms are very spacious! There was additional beds that pulled out from the wall and couch. The balancing view was amazing! We also enjoyed the multiple pools and jacuzzis and the lazy river was a plus. The vibe was awesome with a DJ playing during the day. However there wasn’t any grocery stores and gas stations at a walking distance. Instacart was a major life saver! Other than that I would highly recommend this resort!

We had some minor issues with the door jamming and it took maintenance a long time to come, but management and security checked it before then. We were thankful for that.

Pool area was nice and access to the beach was great. Food was good at the restaurant. We had some issues in our room and the staff were quick to respond.

The room could’ve been cleaner. There were socks left over from previous guests which makes me wonder how much cleaning is actually done. The restaurant near the pool was constantly out of items. The pool bar could’ve been open longer than a few hours a day. Also, the restrooms downstairs near the pool were mostly out of order.

I love that the room was awesome, we had enough space for our family and things was good.

I didn't like that it took a hour to check in

The staff at Grande Cayman was unbelievable. Booking.com messed our reservations up and canceled our stay and never told us about it. The day before we checked booking even sent us a message confirming our stay. We got there and No reservations. Grande Cayman had no rooms available and did everything they could to get us in the suite we booked. They even took the room the had out of service I believe because of a washer dryer and put us in there. I can’t say enough good things about Grande Cayman. Thank you to the staff at GCR for making our much needed vacation wonderful.
