We loved just about everything! We loved that there were options for the kids and enough hot tubs that we never had an issue getting in. We loved that there was almost always someone around if we needed something. I’ve never realized how nice it is to have access to a towel hut. Our cleaning lady was very nice.

The only thing that we really didn’t like was that there wasn’t any cook wear in the room besides a cookie sheet, one spatula, and one big spoon. We also didn’t like the sofa bed. It was AWFUL. The mattress way too thin. It would have been even better if the breakfast buffet were included in the stay even if offered as a package when booking.

The only issue I has was the beds were advertised as two queen size beds when they are full size beds. I ice machine on our floor didn't work and the drink machine took money but didn't dispense any drink.

Great location, parking was good, and the staff was very professional.

Not having my room cleaned when requested. I was charged for room cleaning and only had 1 day of room cleaning.

The room was nice. Comfortable beds and window view was great. I also liked the manager that was kind enough to open my door for me after my key did not work. He looked like he was done for the day, ready to go home but he took time to listen and fix my problem. He went right back up the elevator with me without complaint. I wish I could remember his name but here's a discription: white dude, stocky build, about 5'10" or taller.

Breakfast crew was not so friendly as I walked in 15 minutes before closing time. It would have been nice to have a later breakfast time. I appreciate the buffet was not snatch up as I noticed the employees began eating from it at close. There were a few customers left besides myself. I had to go next door to the hotel to eat a decent dinner instead of getting offered a "bar menu." It would have been nice to had a dinner menu available for late night, at least for the summer peak period.

Overall the resort was nice and big with plenty of activities for the kids. Especially if the weather is nice!

We thought that the breakfast was a little expensive, so we didn't eat breakfast.

The hotel staff from checking in to the bar staff are all very nice and professional even during the off season (when we stayed). They have multiple pools and hot tubs that are extremely nice, clean and well managed. The hotel breakfast was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had complete with a omelette bar! The room was very clean and we received fresh towels everyday. The only issue we had with cleanliness was the dresser drawers, they had some weird smell and stains in them and it made my clothes smell kinda musky. Other than that everything was amazing, location is right on the beach, never once did I hear anyone on the floors above, below or around me during my stay while sleeping or in the room. I would very highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely be back!

You had a great breakfast facility you had a great game room you had a great swimming area everything inside the faculty was really beautiful and great just need to fix a couple things that was in our room like the sink stop over did not work it's two eye stones on the front did not work the washer the dishwasher did not work faucet handle on door sink was loose in a sliding glass door was unbearable to try to open to go out to sit on the balcony other than that everything was beautiful

The location was excellent and right on the beach! The space was perfect for a family of three. The views from the balconies were great! We were able to watch the sunrise, and the moon rise when it was a full moon. Fantastic!!

Although the pools and hot tubs were great, the restrooms located outside at the pool were terrible, like the worst I've ever seen! Some updating in the rooms would also be good, like the bathroom vents could be cleaned or replaced, the hair dryer was broken, so instead of removing it and putting up a new one, they left the old broken one hanging and put an additional one on the counter of the tiny vanity. The door to the outside was also extremely difficult to open.

We LOVED the location and amenities. It was nice being in a safer neighborhood but still close to all of the attractions being a short drive away. The beach access was wonderful, and there was plenty of room to enjoy the pool area with having indoor and outdoor options. We didn't have kids with us but loved the options for the kids in the pool area. And it was nice having the option of the Restaurant and bar area. As well as an arcade and gift shop. YI, there is a card that you have to purchase for most all of the games. There are only a few with quarters for payments (we got a bunch of quarters and then realized the games we wanted to play didn't take quarters). The card machine takes paper money or a bank card. Starbucks was a short walk to the hotel next door and a few local restaurants within walking distance but nice and quiet due to being in a more residential area. We had a Jr King Suite and having a washer and dryer made a huge difference with convenience. It was a really nice place, not fancy, could use a few updates but had everything we needed.

Although we loved having 2 balconies in our suite, but they were incredibly tiny. Barely room for 2 and so awkward to sit the tiny table between the 2 chairs to actually use them. Also the top bar across the rail of the balcony is directly in my sight view so that was a negative to sit and look at the beach without having to move around. But was nice to have a balcony off the living and bedroom. I do wish the bar had a better setup. There was one person and they were servicing the pool side and bar side. There is no table service in this area. It's ok. We ordered food and drinks. There are tables in the bar area inside and out. We went outside to a table to eat. The food was good but the mixed drink was just ok.
