Very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Really liked our stay.

You charged us for a jacuzzi King suite and they don’t have them anymore. I personally think booking overcharged us. They really need to upgrade their bedding. The bed was very comfortable but the fitted sheet only covered the mattress about 1 inch and they had a waterproof sheet under the fitted sheet that kept bunching up. Sheets were not soft at all like you expect from a Hampton inn.

They need to upgrade their bedding. Our king sheets only went down maybe an inch over the mattress. Then they had a waterproof sheet under that. The fitted sheet kept coming off and the waterproof sheet kept bunching up. Your sheets used to be so soft and now they are not. Very disappointing.

Location was great. The visual appeal is going to soon be great… The staff was phenomenal they handled all the challenges great. They resumed each customer that they would enjoy their stay praise of the renovations. And they even made themselves available, and said anything we needed but he actually meant it and showed it to each customer.

The property is going through renovations so… the elevate would be stopped at they could work on flooring etc The breakfast left a lot to be desired z

The breakfast was pretty good had very good options to choose from. The location was was very central to everything I was going to.

I got charged twice for the room, the manager fixed it but it was a bit uncomfortable trying to prove I had paid for it in full before arriving to the hotel. Then the keys didn’t worked to open the door and had to go back to have that fixed while my wife and son was waiting.

I liked the buffet breakfast each morning. I like the rooms were clean and renovated. I like that all the staff were friendly. I loved that it was only a short drive to the beach:) Even though it was not oceanfront it was still a very nice stay.

I didn't know that the rest of the building was older. For example the roof needed some work and the elevator was pretty old. But they are doing renovations so hopefully they can upgrade everything.

We loved the breakfast buffet and the different selections each day! We liked that all the staff was friendly. We loved that the room was renovated and clean. The decorations were very modern.

The TV had to be fixed in our room, because it wasn't working properly but they replaced it. The outside of the property needed some work.

All expectations were met. Best part was breakfast. Would highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Excited about the indoor pool. Staff was friendly and courteius.

Everything was magnificent! Breakfast was hot with many choices for us and the kids. The pool and hot tub were awesome, the kids didn't want to get out and preferred it over the beach. The rooms were super clean, beds were extremely comfy, and the location was beautiful and very convenient for quick eats, shopping Needs. Will definitely be returning in the next couple months, you've gained a new returning customer!

Breakfast was good.

I did not have a beach view; the tv remote did function properly, the air/heating unit would not operate properly and I wanted a king size bed but had two queen beds, and Seeing there were no beach views I could not understand why we were on the 5th floor instead of ground level.

The breakfast was really good and the staff in the breakfast area were very helpful. I really enjoyed our stay the room was above my expectations good place to stay in Myrtle Beach will return.

I wish they had a outdoor pool as well.
