The location! The staff! Nice and clean room. Little outdated. The one porter at the door. Lot of tattoos. Can't remember his name. He was great and courteous and extremely helpful!

Like said outdated! The shower heads suck! No pressure! The safe I could not use. Guess broken. I went to sit in hot tube and there were two young girls about 12 hanging out with their feet in it. Though it said clearly no kids there unless accompanied by adult supervision. That needs to be enforced.

I absolutely love Ocean Annies . This was my 5th year coming and everyone I have told has come to love it also.

Not much of a worthy complaint, just a little tweaking with the Ocean Annie bar and restaurants would be great, yet they are probably not applicable on this questionaire.

Great entertainment options at the hotel. Good location in between Myrtle and North Myrtle.

My coffee wasn't replaced the first 2-3 days.

Bathroom was crazy hot the entire trip, unbearable.. nothing we could do about it, and everything else was great.

Could of used a couch in the room

Location and people were great

The ref. Leaked and we did not adjust the temp as noted on fridge. The bathroom had black mold and torn wallpaper. The large mirror in bathroom was only be held up by the medicine cabinet on one end. It’s an accident waiting to happen. The beds had springs popping everywhere very uncomfortable. There is no counter space they put coffee and plastic wrapped sugar, cream standing up in toaster. And it sit on part of sink. The room was 826 the view was beautiful but needs some work. Would have been nice to get a little bit of an apology but it is what it is. For me being in hotel business for 45 years I know. How things work so being on the Beach I was still happy.

Loved the amenities. The pools were clean. Loved the atmosphere. Loved the entertainment. Everything was on site. Great restaurant. Didn't really have to leave the resort. Great location on the beach. Also liked the fact that someone could help unload and transport belongings to the room. A big help being a single mother traveling alone with my son. I will definetly look to staying here in the near future again!

The rooms could've been a little cleaner. Floors hadn't been cleaned. Stuff spilt on the tile wasn't cleaned up prior to checking in. Bath tub wasn't very clean. Other than that the beds looked clean laminate flooring would've been better than carpet but location and amenities were great. Overall good value for the price.

The rooms are a little dated but decorated nicely. Smelled very clean and cozy beds. View of ocean was great especially from 1 of the beds. Amenities were great, kitchenette fully stocked with glasses, dishes, pots & pans. Bathroom is beautifully decorated. Plenty of closet space and a safe.

The entire room really could use a "deep cleaning" with some updated bed frames. (the old metal bed frames have got to go!) The curtain / rod was very difficult to open close. They stick like a beast! I didn't like there wasn't a way to prop door open for unloading & loading my stuff. (door stop) The closet really needs some work, the doors do not glide open, it's more like you have to man handle them to get in and close. Front staff could use some tips on efficiency and kindness. The girl I dealt with 3 times never smiled, greeted me and she forgot to call me when my room was ready AND she forgot to follow up with bellman service when i was leaving.

Large room with a nice view of the beach and ocean front. I noted that the design of the outside balconies are angled in a way for privacy but still have beach view. The elevators worked great, the indoor pool was in full swing even on new years eve, and the club downstairs provided a bit of additional entertainment. The parking deck outside accommodated a full new years eve crowd but it looks like vehicles over 6' may be too tall for it. I'm interested in returning here during the summer.
