Great location Great staff Clean hotel

Some of the Towels was not clean and smoked like cigarettes smoke

I love that we were on the beach. I love that we didn't have to go anywhere to eat or for entertainment if we didn't want to. Love that we had 3 pool options besides the beach. The staff was so nice.

I wouldn't say I didn't like. The whole place needs an upgrade. The room was dusty. Underneath the beds were dust and dirt. I know it means more money okay with that for an upgrade.

Rooms weren't clean properly

I like that we were right on the beach, the restaurant was very convenient & good food. the indoor pool was really nice especially the glow lights for the kids.

our room was not cleaned properly. I walked in and there was a cup of water on the night stand still, I found baby socks and other items behind the couch & it was dusty. other than that it was a nice room.

I spent 500.00 in the bar my first night with cash and tips. I spent over 400.00 on my second night with my business card and didn't tip. So, on the third night, they refused to serve me because I didn't tip on the second night, and I had already spent close to 1000.00. My plan was to spend more on the third night, but they refused to serve.

We enjoyed our stay, it was our first time here. We would go again. It's a comfortable room. Lots of things to do on premises

The parking wasn't so good for a bigger pick up truck. We had to park across the street and not move the vehicle, or we would lose our spot. There's not much in walking distance.

Everything you need is right at the resort You don’t have to leave

The messed our reservation up and had us as 2 adult 2 children instead of 4 adults and put us in a 1 bed room but fixed it pretty quickly

I loved that it was right there next to the ocean. I am not sure if we got lucky or something based of some of the other reviews. But there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with our room. It was clean, the beds were decently comfortable, NO stains on the bed or towels. I mean yes there was sand on the floor but that’s from when we would come back from the beach and I’m not sure if people realize how hard it is to get all the sand up because even when we swept the floor we couldn’t get it all up lol. I would absolutely stay there again. The band was decent and yes they were loud but it literally states that the bar was open till 11 PM so I feel that’s people’s fault if they stay there and didn’t read that before hand. It didn’t bother us from going to bed though. We had a view of the ocean and was right above ocean Anne’s bar so we could hear them the whole time and it didn’t bother us. I personally don’t think the hotel is bad like some of these reviews make it seem like it is.

The very first elevator next to the lobby hallway was a little nerve wrecking. It was kinda shook the whole way up. We stayed on floor 15 so we just avoided using that one lol but the other two worked great and didn’t have an issue with those. The parking kinda sucks but it wasn’t horrible and we were in a big SUV and managed just fine.

Loved having Ocean Annie's just outside the balcony. Loved how most of the staff, with the exception of the front desk attendants, were very friendly and seemed to love their job. Loved how the location of this hotel is outside all the hustle and bustle of the main tourism which also adds to the locals that like to come hang out the this hotel. I will be most definitely be making this hotel part of my annual trip back.

Front desk attendants needs better personable skills. With them being one of the first people to interact with, it did give me mixed emotions about my stay and anytime I would go down and ask for room supply, it wasnt always comfortable just because of the demeanor and body language of the front desk. Something that can be updated are the benches in the laundry room.. with it taking 1.5 hours to wash and dry, investing in a more comfortable bench or chair would be great. The room I was in was "clean" but rooms definitely need a deep clean as the walls were dingy.

Staff & residents were very friendly & a joy to talk with.

The rooms & building are clean, but very dated & some are in need of repair/improvements. Some small appliances were included, but broken (toaster) & needed to be replaced.
