Water was difficult to control to either hot to or cold to hot. No bath soap in room. Not enough towels.

Lisa from Jamaica was excellent. Very friendly and always asked us if we needed anything, I really liked how it smelled when you entered the lobby. I enjoyed the look of the lobby. It was very clean and almost all the staff was super friendly. I went to the bar and Shannon was absolutely the best bartender I ever had a hotel, she was so friendly and entertaining. Missy Goodman was also very nice.

Reservations lady from the Bronx (didnt catch her name) refused to walk me upstairs so that I can get my ID from the room. I had left my ID and my hotel and got locked out. I went to the front and she used profanity and refused to walk me ustiars to prove who I am. Perhaps a better protocal when occasions like that happen. What is proper protocal when hotel guets lock themselves out and their wallet.

The rooms are a bit out dated. I thought since the nightly rate was $695 a night per room the least thing they could do is have better bedding, pillows and appliances.

Loved the view and amenities. The beach is amazing and the hotel was very clean. It was our wedding night, and our Maid of Honor arranged for rose petals, Champaigne, and chocolate covered strawberries to be in the room. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel overall.

I was a little surprised that for such a classy resort the towel holders, etc were pressed into the wall (damaged), etc. It sort of detracted from the luxurious feel but not something that would cause us not to stay again.

it was very close to town and many stores for shopping and dining.

our check in was at 4pm. we got there at 3 and they went ahead and let us check in, the room wasn’t ready, but we had a few errands to run. at 4 we still hadn’t heard anything about our room being ready, it was 4:45 when they finally text me and we get up to the room and it was still dirty. the shower was dirty, there was hair all on the bathroom floor, the pillow cases were dirty etc.

The maintenance of the hotel didn’t seem up to par with what we thought was Hilton quality

The property was beautiful! Pools and outside bar and grill were fabulous. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas were arranged by both pools. The kids enjoyed both pools but especially the lazy river. The buffet breakfast was delicious also, lots of options along with coffee and juice.

Facilities and amenities were amazing. You can take a shuttle wherever you want that is included in the stay. You have access to 3 different hotels and their amenities including a water park.

Some of the bar and wait staff were extremely rude. One of my meals was messed up multiple times and I was directed to “read the menu” among other rude comments.

We enjoyed the resort. There was plenty to do, and we loved the amenities! Also, it is very close to Bear's Landing and restaurants galore! At night, the ocean view from the room was amazing!

We were a little surprised by the deposit. However, guest services explained why they asked for a deposit; any accidentals. We just wished it had been included in the package.

the room was very clean and comfortable for two people. If more people were with us though it would be crowded. not much space to move around the room. The view wasnt directly facing the ocean as stated in the booking.com add however it still was a good view. We were in room 715.

the bathroom was very small but functional. The only other thing that i could say needs improvement would be the entertainment. The DJ was very repetitive and just wasnt very good in my opinion. each day he played he literally would say the same thing over and over, so if you are there for several days its like hearing a broken record. The singer on Friday evening wasnt good at all. Def would be a better outdoor environment with better performers.
