Very clean, new facility. Continental breakfast was delicious! Staff was all very friendly. Would absolutely book again and recommend.

Zero complaints. Seriously so particular about hotels and this is one of the best we have stayed at in a long time. DT Rapid City was only 10 min away and worth the trip- so quaint.

Wish everyone would follow glove rules when serving themselves breakfast. Wish more people would wear masks.

Breakfast was awesome. Facilities were very nice. Entire place was fairly new. Staff were helpful.

To start off, when I arrived, I was informed that this hotel didn't have enough staff to clean the rooms. You had to go to the desk for shampoo and towel. I figured, ok no problem, and like with my industry, if I only provide partial service, I get partial payment. But this hotel seems to find it ok to charge full price for partial service. This really put a bad taste in my mouth that my go to corporation for lodging, would allow a franchiser to act this way. Guess it is time to find another brand. Next, I paid in cash, then got an email that my card was billed. Contacted the manager and he said he would look into it. Three days and heard nothing.

It was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was great and they had a good variety. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice

They were unable to clean the rooms. We were told for a trip over 4 days, which ours was they would come once and clean but they never did. So we had to leave our trash and towels outside the door and ask for new ones we also had to grab our own toilet paper and soaps off the cart when we saw it.

The breakfast had plenty of choices that could please children and adults. The scrambled eggs and muffins were particularly good. The location was wonderful. We were close to the highway leading to Mt. Rushmore and Custer, and also to I-90 to go to the Badlands. There were lots of small restaurants within 2 miles so we could choose a different place each night. Our grandson enjoyed the indoor pool.

Breakfast was pretty good, I would add there was a Scooters across the street for coffee. Breakfast there was standard fare, Yogurt, Oat Meal (also packaged Oatmeal which I appreciated), waffles, boiled eggs etc. Cranberry & Orange juice.

I really can't think of anything, I knew what to expect it was a decent room and had all of the amenities as advertised. The exercise room could be updated as well as the weight scale, but I am not complaining really. Hey guys though really please a new scale :)

Conveniently located for easy access from highway. It is however about a 10 minute car ride from city centre where all amenities are located. The room was very comfortably sized and so were the beds. Clean and very pleasant. Free parking on site as well, which is very convenient

Our rate did not include breakfast, but from what we were able to see it did not appear particularly appetising.

Big room for price. Tables, chairs, firm mattresses & plenty of pillows were all very comfortable. The A/C performed great. Room 202 was quiet. Bathroom was large & well laid out. Everything just worked, as they should. Everything was quite clean & in good condition. Breakfast was exceptional with a great selection. Staff was helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

There was nothing lacking to complain about.

We liked the breakfast and the room was nice and modern

First impressions were not great as the man at the reception was actually rude. I’ve never had someone like this working as a receptionist before. I’m guessing this Mason doesn’t like his job much. The only issue we had in our room was the hairy facecloth hanging up on the shower curtain rod, pretty gross. Otherwise the room was decently clean.

Very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Close to airport, many restaurants, and several attractions. The free breakfast was very good each morning. Many options so something for everyone. I would definitely staff again.

Only one minor thing. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are very small. If you have long hair or don’t travel alone it would be a good idea to take your own. I did ask for another of each and they offered me two.
