The rooms were super clean and new. There was a pool table and games for everyone to play in the lobby. Breakfast was great and it had a good variety for a free breakfast. The pool was the kids favorite thing! The slide was so fun, even for adults. Also they had laundry which is helpful.

We asked them to clean our rooms and it didn't get done but they were more than happy to get us new towels and take out the trash. They could have been short staffed.

Great location with plenty of great places to eat and lots of shops. Love the lobby which has a pool table, coffee and hot chocolate supplied all day and night long and plenty of seating to hang out. Love the non carpeted rooms which seems cleaner.

The only complaint that I have is their is not a hot tub

The breakfast was nice -- although since this is our "hotel of choice" when coming to visit our daughter that is in college in Rapid City we actually liked the "bagged" breakfast better.

we could tell the room floors were not swept (was food crumbs and clothes tags left on the floor from previous people) and the room was not dusted.

Easy to get to. Newer.

Pillows were flat. Body wash and Conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. No one at the desk when we checked in and didn’t really even look like a check in location…. looked like a snack stand. It took a bit for someone to show up to check us in. Also, I hate to say this but the young gal who checked us in had body odor so badly.

I love the atmosphere. The lobby was spacious and relaxing, the whole place was clean, the staff were great, and the room was very nice!

Not much that I didn't like, I do wish there was a hot tub though! Place for the adults to unwind while kiddos splash around. That was my only disappointment.

Very clean! Nice staff. Easy check in. Patio areas and fire pits were realy nice touch.

Had questions but the room phone didn't work when I tried to contact staff. Tried walking down to the front desk but there was nobody around. I even tried calling on my cell and left a voice mail, but never received a response. Although my issues/questions were minor, not being able to make contact with staff was definitely irritating.

Property very clean and inviting. Front desk staff, especially George, was very friendly to all.

Nothing in particular was bad enough to say we didn’t like the property. It was well kept and clean!

Breakfast was great and rooms where clean.

The pool had too much chemicals that it burned my eyes and made my kids cough. It was also was too small for two big hotels to share.

Neat, clean, affordable and comfortable. Easy access to plenty of parking with a well maintained lot. We had no issues parking our motorcycle or concerns about safety here. Our room was clean and comfortable with a modern streamlined decor and approach to its organization. The staff were excellent. They were friendly and kind. The pool and workout areas are actually located in the adjacent building but are easy to get to and you can access them without going outside. A hot breakfast was available and was very good. Fruit and coffee, water and tea were readily available all the time. I definitely would stay again and would recommend.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. I would only note for others that the clearance of space around the bed frame and the surrounding furniture and area is narrow- watch your knees! We had no problems but I can imagine it might be too tight for a walker, stroller or person with any mobility assist needs. The pool and workout areas are in the adjacent building, not in the Tru area of the hotel. It is accessible from inside and a short walk from one building to the other.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the large room and the creativity to save space. Very modern, clean and comfortable.

We had requested towels to the room. They never came but was able to pick up some from the front desk. Not a big issue….
