The room was great, bed comfortable and breakfast tasty. The location was close to everything we wanted. The staff was very helpful. The room we were originally assigned to was not clean when we checked in. The staff jumped right on the concern, switched rooms for us, and the housekeeping staff went right to the first room to take care of it.

The hot tub was out of order, slightly updating because we had driven for so many days and were looking very forward to enjoying a hot tub.

The property looked very nice and smelled fresh and clean when walking in the front lobby. looks like they are under construction which is great to see they are working on improvements. it is looking awesome! The room was made up very nice! great job housekeeping!!

From a census of my family, it is they would have liked more options for breakfast, and would have liked to have an ice machine, but other wise they loved the stay, comfy, quiet, clean, and the staff were great!

The location is excellent and handily placed for exploring the Badlands, Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore. However, the best part of our stay was meeting the Hotel's Receptionist, Paolo!! From the moment of signing in to signing out, Paolo was the smiling, helpful, hardworking and talented Receptionist that every hotel should have! She worked long hours every day but still found the opportunity to bake cookies, which she shared with guests. Her smiling welcome made you feel comfortable and 'at home' in her hotel! A lovely lady!!

The lack of a coffee machine in the room. A coffee machine was available in the Entrance Hall, but it's not the same!!A

We really liked that it was easy to get to from the Interstate & we loved 😍 that Walmart was right next door so we could pick up some souvenirs for family members!! And we also liked that it was easy to get to gas stations and restaurants in the area as well.

We thought that the cleanliness of the kitchen area where breakfast was served could use some help- specifically the floor was sticky!! But I guess that's to be expected when you serve waffles! Still- it needs to get scrubbed everyday!!Also, the plastic on our toilet seat was warped! The toilet was very low to the floor, my knees were in my face every time I went to the bathroom! LOL 😆

I like that the room has no smell, bed are super comfortable, aircon was perfectly working.

One of the bed fitted sheet was "dirty"-it has a stain. it doesn't look like they forgot to change cause the linen was smells clean but it has a stain from previous use that doesn't go away even after wash. Staff shouldn't use it anymore as it looks really dirty.

There was a restaurant right beside the motel, and some across the street. The pool and hot tub area were nice and refreshing. The breakfast was nice but the cereal was stale and there was no Orange Juice.

We requested a 1st floor room many months ago when we made our reservations. When we arrived we were told there were no 1st floor rooms because of a bus. There are no elevators so we had to literally lug our suitcases up the flight of stairs.

It was quite, clean

There was no Elevator, made it kinda hard to carry bags ect upstairs. Also I wasn't too impressed with the half of 2nd floor being open to the pool. Very humid. Breakfast good be served earlier as I am a early bird just like a lot of people.

I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping opportunities. Many were actually within a short walking distance from the motel. I also liked the proximity to both the Black Hills and the Badlands, both of which were filled with wonderful places to visit such as Mount Rushmore, Devil's Tower, Badlands National Park, Native American sacred sites, nature centers such as Custer State Park, etc., etc., etc.! The breakfast was also pretty good, and there was a laundry on board for guests to use.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for all the places we went. The air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable. They had hot coffee in the Libby which was great. And the staff was very kind.

The breakfast was lacking. I understand that in SD they are still doing bagged meals but it wasn’t very good I saw families bringing in boxes of cereal and milk from the grocery store to feed their kids A sandwich that could be microwaved would have been a great option. It was offered at the other hotels we stayed in.

Conveniently located, near the interstate. Comfortable room and bed. Close to good choice of restaurants.a

Breakfast was a bit limited and everything was switched off and cleared away at 9.00 instead of the advertised 9.30.
