Although the staff at check-in did their job, the morning staff was fantastic and really helped when I was looking for an item not sold in the little shop at the desk. Kudos to Cinda for going above and beyond to be helpful and cheerful first thing Tuesday morning!

Although I don't think it is necessary to iron sheets and pillowcases, mine looked like something I might pull out of the corner of my teenage son's closet. I wasn't convinced that they were clean and sprayed with sanitizer before laying my head on one. I set the rest on the floor and pulled the extra from the closet.

Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. I loved the seating options as well. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They had a great selection of snacks up front with multiple easy ways to pay. The location and cleanliness of the hotel (inside and out) were really good.

Our room had some pieces of trash laying around and the trash cans didn't have any trash bags. We personally love hot tubs and jacuzzis so it was a little sad to learn they didn't have one.

I loved the layout of the room. It had a counter and sink by the door where the refrigerator coffee machine, and microwave were located in shelves below. It had a large desk which separated the sleeping area from a sitting area. My favorite part was the roomy walk in shower with sliding glass door. Breakfast was fine - the same food found in most places these days. I ended up staying an extra day in part due to the comfort and location of the property. I would definitely stay here again

Garbage/dirty linens on the floor outside of the rooms. This was from the time of check in at 4pm until 730am when we checked out. We had to request garbage bags and soap upon check in. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Elevators are located at end of building. So if your room is at the opposite end of the building, you may walk as much as a quarter mile to get from your car to the lobby, to the elevators, and then to your room. Elevators should have been placed in the middle of the building.

Everything was wonderful. Clean, spacious rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Clean bathroom, shower was big. Staff was friendly and kind. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. We were able to check in early and had a smooth transition from start to end with booking, check-in/check out!

Breakfast was great and the area was very clean. The suite we stayed in was very clean and comfortable.

The elevator is so far from the room we stayed in that my elderly mother had to walk a long way. I heard other guests state the same about the elevator being so far from their room.

Rooms were very large and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very personable and friendly.

I prefer a hand held shower head.

I loved the breakfast, and the services that were given to us:) thank you to all the people that helped us with getting a nice and comfort stay:) i would definitely recommend this place.
