Comfortable bed, nice shower with good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy grab bar. Good amount of space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Full kitchen, loved the table with two chairs and there was also another comfortable chair. Good lighting in the room, fast elevator, easy parking. Efficient and friendly front desk staff.

Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms have an ability to cook in them. But no cookware provided, you must bring own or purchase. No plates or silverware.

The parking lot wasn't very big. If they parked full in a spot they covered the sidewalk. It's just not wide enough and not much room for ppl pulling trailers to park. Wish they had an app rather than just a web page. Basic essentials for the kitchen would be nice

Nice to have Free Breakfast. Everything is spread out from hotel and being with no transportation here,hard to get to grocery store and breakfast is important for oneself.

The Bathroom tub/shower is really small ,not enough room to settle down in a bubble bath and soak the stress y tension from work away. You have to go buy frying pot or pan and utensils while you're here.

Patrick was very helpful and a delight to speak to, besides. I also appreciated how much the door seemed to block sound. Being close to a side door let me take my anxious dog outside with almost no risk of strangers.

The shower head was slightly clogged, probably from sediment, but I'd expect that at just about any hotel and it was easily cleared.

All was good. Big relief when we got settled in. It was the opening weekend of 81st Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Quite clean friendly staff great location not crowded staff changed bedding because my wife spilled her coffee with no complaints she left them a tip which they did not take because they were afraid the money was not for a tip (that’s honest). Yes we left a tip.

Everything was great! Staff was so pleasant and were so very helpful in showing us where our room was and making sure we had everything we needed for not only our stay but with our adventures this weekend!! Will most definitely stay again!

It was easy to get to my room. I’m handicapped so it’s difficult to go very far.

Not enough handicapped parking and I couldn’t get in the shower because it’s a tub and I need a walk in shower and a shower chair.

The location was a good location and the breakfast was fine. Snack area was convenient. The room was comfortable and the price was great. I would definitely stay again.

The flashing light in the living room didn't work for the doorbell.

I liked that it was quiet and the clerk was very courteous, the room was clean and our stay was comfortable. I like staying here, it's away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I recommend to family and friends.

Room was clean and in good condition. The manager who checked us in late at night was very pleasant and helpful.

We were woken up at 2:30 a.m. when the building fire alarm went off and had to evacuate the building. Frustrating, but not something the staff could do anything about. It sounds like someone may have been smoking near an exit and accidentally it off. Wish they had a complimentary breakfast like other places.
