All was good. Big relief when we got settled in. It was the opening weekend of 81st Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Quite clean friendly staff great location not crowded staff changed bedding because my wife spilled her coffee with no complaints she left them a tip which they did not take because they were afraid the money was not for a tip (that’s honest). Yes we left a tip.

Clean room plenty of space and bed was very comfortable.

We didn't feel quite safe there and for good reason. A vehicle was vandalized right next to ours the night we stayed. There was a security guard but it didn't prevent the incident.

Location was great! Freeway was easy and close to get to. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. Hotel was clean and staff was really friendly. Washer and dryer on-site was really handy too.

Room was clean and in good condition. The manager who checked us in late at night was very pleasant and helpful.

We were woken up at 2:30 a.m. when the building fire alarm went off and had to evacuate the building. Frustrating, but not something the staff could do anything about. It sounds like someone may have been smoking near an exit and accidentally it off. Wish they had a complimentary breakfast like other places.

Location was great, comfort met. All-around a good hotel. Thanks for allowing pets!

A convenient location. BREAKFAST was hot and good. Fresh fruit was at the counter.

Our door was missing the strike plate and did not lock correctly. There were no other rooms available, so my husband worked magic and fixed the locking mechanism so it would lock for the night.

We didn't have much time to stay. Just to stay one night and run. Coming from Billings Montana and headed for a Council Bluffs Iowa. Would have been nice to enjoy the room longer and barbecue up some steaks and enjoy the full size refrigerator. Love that is very clean for a place that allows dogs. My dog goes everywhere we go. She's a shitzu. The only complaint I can think of is that I wish they had more of my place hotels.

That they don't have a My Place Hotel every two to four hundred miles.

Reservation process was simple. Plenty of parking. Check in was quick, nice friendly staff. Room was larger than expected. Loved the kitchenette as we are traveling across country and wanted to eat in the room after a long day on the road. Just enough kitchen supplies to make an easy dinner. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Thank you!!

The smoke alarm battery died at 4 in the morning. They should be on annual schedule to be changed regularly. It appeared to be an original Kidde battery, install date on the unit was 2014.

Kitchen facilities in room was excellent, loved having our own ice machine in the freezer. Comfortable bed, clean rooms/hotel.

No smoking policy was questionable. During our stay the hallway alternated between tobacco & Marijuana smoke
