We have 8 children and they were so accommodating! We had a suite and a room. They were next to each other. Theybgave us planty of towels and shampoos. The pool was excellent fun for my kids they had a great time. The breakfast was much better than continental breakfasts at other hotels. If we go to sioux falls we will definitely stay here!

They required requesting house keeping. I forgot one time and ended up with a pile of wet towels from showers the night before.

The location of the hotel on the river bank was scenic.There is a river walk & cycle trail with direct access. Straight across from the hotel was a few eateries such as cracker barrel/domino's which was nice.

Pool was shallow, only really for kids. Kids had a great time tho. Happy hour ( managers welcome) was for adults only,some inclusion for the kids would of been nice..even cookies and milk (just a suggestion) Happy Kiddos happy parents 😁

Breakfast was great but very crowded. Wish the serving area could be spread out a bit more so there could be less congestion. Putting the coffee in another location might help.

I realize Covid did a lot of" preventative measures" for rooms, but there were no extra blankets and no advertisements for restaurants or things to do left in the room. Price is high for a very crowded suite.

It was very very nice. The breakfast was the best we’ve had at any hotel.

We were in a handicap room and when my father was taking a shower it went all over the bathroom floor. So made the floor slippery and dangerous. I thought the price we paid was steep

I like everything. It was in the middle of all the places I needed to get to so it was a great place to be at.

I booked an accessible room in booking and when I got there, it was booked for a regular queen. So I was not happy with that but we got it fixed and I got an accessible room.

pool was for young kids only- no place for 4 out of 5 of us to swim lots of disrespectful guests partying and yelling until 1 in the morning….had to call and gentleman at front desk told us he would take care of it after he was finished checking in a family- took a while for them to quiet down

Location was convenient and outdoor grounds were pleasant and well kept.

I wish that we could have been very conscience of the extreme renovation that was occurring during our stay. I was looking forward to the enjoying the entire property.

A nice hotel for families with a fun swimming area and full breakfast. Facility is very new and clean but some ongoing construction was inconvenient. Hotel had easy access from interstate for a stop while traveling through town.

Excellent quality

We had a room near the lobby and every morning I was woken up by the people getting breakfast ready. Need to be more conscious of how loudly they’re speaking.

We had a 2-day stay at the Clubhouse, where we have often stayed. We loved the free drink tickets upon arrival and the beauty of the back terrace at sunset.

Unfortunately, after the first day, the room was not cleaned and no fresh linens were supplied until we requested them at the front desk.
