The room was spacious,, clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful.

I am very disappointed that we were charged On March 14th when making reservations through BkgBooking.com we were charged $278.29 and when we checked out of the hotel on March 27th we were once again charged $281.62 by Homes to Suites by Hilton. I did tell the lady when we checked in that we had already paid but apparently she didn't understand. Our room was great and the services we to but I don't feel it is right to be charged twice and would like to know how we can be refunded for atleast 1 of the charges.

We traveled for a medical appointment in the winter so I appreciated the skywalk that let us get to the hospital without having to go outside. Breakfast was also very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The price was a little higher than I like to spend but the convenience of its location to the hospital balanced it out.

The room size

I picked this place because of handicap facilities but the pool handicap eguipment was not working which was my granddaughter was at the pool we couldn't disappoint her we had to lift her in and it was scary but my daughter did it . It seems the handicap eguipment is always broken in alot of places it's not a priority and that's sad

I liked the location and the suite arrangement. It was clean overall. The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The coffee was good. It was nice that they have it going, even though breakfast was a little late for me, so I did not get to enjoy that. Overall, great place. I would recommend and would consider staying at this location again!

Breakfast started a little later than my time allowed. I did however appreciate that there was coffee available.

Our king suite room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. We like the rolling shades on a track in the window as it blocked out 100 percent of the light. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked with a variety of food to chose from. We enjoyed our stay

The wide spacious rooms along with the in house amenities are top-notch. Every time we visit the Sioux Falls area, we stay at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton that is close to the Sanford Medical School. Quiet neighborhood and able to take walks safely.

I wish the day will come when we go back to having the scrumptious breakfast of yester-years prior to COVID. Otherwise everything is great and wonderful.

Location, staff, breakfast and skyway.

Ground floor had a large draft coming from the outside under the furnace/AC unit. With temperatures below zero was quite noticeable.

Spacious room, beds were ok, gym is nice, pool is ok but cold. Nice common areas and friendly staff.

Bathroom was nit clean, no extra blankets, pool was cold, shampoo was empty in dispenser and they could not fill it, so we were given a pitcher woth shampoo.

Beautiful room, comfortable beds clean and reasonably quiet.

The price through Booking.com. I thought I'd be charged $155. Instead was closer to $200.
