The room was clean and the "full size" beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good. TV worked as well as heat/ac unit.

The bathroom was showing signs of wear as the acrylic handle on the tub had some moldy caulking coming loose and the metal door hinges were rusty from moisture. The sink/vanity was outside of the bathroom which was fine but the sink drain was running slow which is a pet peeve of mine. Forgot to let them know about that when I was checking out. You had to use the phone to get someone to come to the desk and he was not very helpful and kept disappearing. Free breakfast was ok. .sausage links, scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits/gravy and some other items. We were looking for something clean, comfortable & reasonably priced and this worked for me.

I liked that the rooms and bedding were clean. The bedding was white, stain free and crisp haha. 4 pillows on a king. The bathroom was clean down to the ceiling fan and shower curtain. Huge plus to look behind the bathroom door and see it clean. It is older and you can tell it's not been updated for awhile, but the location and cleanliness means so much to me while I'm traveling. Also they had a decent breakfast.....scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pastries, breads, and waffles. Had a basic pool and hot tub. The front desk guy was awesome and helpful!! His name is Milan. Whatever I needed he was there to help.

I had a room that was shared once, like a conjoining bedroom. So when the neighbors had their tv on and were visiting and laughing it was very loud in our room. Other than that l, not alot to complain about. Over all it was definitely worth the rate and will return when in SF again.

This hotel was one of the cheapest listed with a decent review. When we checked in and out the staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the usual free breakfast served at hotels. It was right off the highway with a gas station next door for easy fueling up the next morning. We enjoyed our stay and site seeing one night in Sioux Falls.

We did struggle a little to plug our phones in due to the design of the lamp that had the charging areas on it's base. And why are there so many small hard pillows on hotel beds nowadays? But that's just being nit picky

I liked that it was very affordable. Pool was perfect size for younger kids as it's only 3 ft. Loved the hot tub. Liked that breakfast was included. Also the gentleman working front desk in mornings was amazing! Didn't catch his name but he was a white gentlemen. Super friendly! Some of the best customer service I've had in awhile. Room is decent size. Id say it's good for the price. Also did not seem like one of those run down motels. Area didn't seem too bad as well and loved that it was right off the highway which would have been nice if it wasn't for road construction going on. Other then that I think the location of hotel would be very convenient. Walmart & Sam's Club are just across the highway as well which I loved.

Just the area of hotel... area is very backed up most times right now (as of 04/02/23) due to them doing road construction things so it is usually very busy and filled with cars which can be a pain trying to turn certain ways. Location would be great for whenever construction is done

Friendly and helpful staff. I could always find someone at the front desk or in the laundry room nearby. Lots of amenities with pool and jacuzzi, breakfast, soda machine, etc. Room seemed clean and renovated not long ago. Great access to interstate and shopping/restaurants.

Some areas of main lobby and stairwell are worn and need renovation. Lower quality options for breakfast (artificial eggs, generic sausages, dried-out biscuits, etc.) but better than some hotel breakfast options I've seen.

The gentleman at the desk gave us an (unasked for) upgrade to a larger room w a sofa. The sink/vanity area was a much bigger size as well. The towels were clean and fresh. The king sized bed was comfortable with nice soft, clean linens. The room temp didn't require tweaking even though the outside temp got into the teens that night. We slept very well! Lots of hot water in the shower and the bathroom was spotless! Breakfast consisted of waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon and scrambled eggs, Oatmeal packets, fruit, pastries/donuts, yogurt, bread and bagels with water, coffee and juices available. There's an IHOP right across from the main entrance if one would prefer. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Hubby wasn't a fan of the coffee but that's obviously a personal thing. Just a little thing but the paint in the 3rd floor hall could use touching up--probably bumped by housekeeping carts.

Breakfast was excellent. Tasted good and they had lots of choices. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, donuts, bagels, fruit - every morning. GOOD COFFEE. The bed was so comfortable - I hate to say it but a way better mattress than I have at home. The room was clean and inviting. Since I was away from home for a week this was a nice place to stay and feel safe and comfortable in. Also the hot tub was a nice way to end each day.

The breakfast! And of course there were the waffles, which never disappoint. I was also very surprised to see Mandarin oranges that were so so so so good and sweet. The beds were cozy, and we even had a quiet refrigerator this time. The room was clean and the front desk guy was very attentive because of our service dog! Great accommodations! We will definitely be staying again.

The hair dryer in our room was not plugged in so I plugged it in, and turned it on, and it caught fire 🔥! Thankfully no damage was done. Also the carpet in our room was tacky, as in sticky they needed to be cleaned really bad but other than that it was a great room.)

The staff were great. Hotel Room size was nice, not a lot of bumping into each other. Plenty of room for our pack and play for our child. Breakfast was alright in variety. Location off of the interstate was great, nearby IHOP.

Bacon was very not crispy. The recliner in our room was absolutely busted up, I feel it had been an extra many a few too many times, and hadn't been replaced yet. The fan was a bit noisy and I had to prop our fridge so it wouldn't make a humming sound.

Breakfast was better than the standard fair fruit was fresh. The waffle batter was very fluffy and bacon was real, and the biscuits and gravy were very good. There were many choices of breads & pastry. And he had my favorite tea plus honey and half-and-half, which I appreciated. Everything was clean and he was attentive and polite. Everybody I talk to had been coming back for many years and I can see why.

I couldn’t find anything wrong with it.
