This whole place was nice! Greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in couldn’t have taken more than 2 minutes. Very clean, hall was clean, room was clean and smelled great. There were 2 outside gas fire pits on deck. It’s right next to a a body of water with a paved walking trail. Breakfast was great! All good was good, even had tortillas to make a breakfast burrito, even with salsa! Staff were standing by checking on food and replacing empty items with a smile. Plenty of tables. Oh yea I’m very particular with coffee but I had to even fill my mug before I left, exceptional coffee. Kids loved the pool even I got into the pool. I don’t normally leave such a long review but this is a hotel that other hotel should model after.

I hate to say it but water could be warmer in pool. Better than other pools though. Pool was still pleasant and I stayed in it for the night.

The breakfast was great! And the ladies preparing it were friendly and welcoming. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was very nice but what I noticed the most was it was very quiet!

I'm an early riser and it would have been nice if breakfast started a little earlier. At least have coffee ready by say 4AM-5AM.

Great location. Excellent staff check in. Easy to get to the room. Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows !! View was absolutely stunning! Breakfast had a variety of things and was very busy. They seemed to be keeping up much of the time. CON at Breakfast was they had only a twist pepper and salt shaker together. Everyone that uses it has to have their hands on it. Not easy to use and kept the line backed up.

The property was lovely and clean. Staff was kind and professional. Location was wonderful. The lake view was beautiful.

Just didn’t care for the breakfasts. The scrambled eggs were served each day and were watery and gross and the waffles were completely crunchy and cold. A Belgian waffle maker, like at many other hotels, would be a wonderful addition. The gals were super kind and worked hard but had a hard time keeping up with the food.

The patio and seating areas outside caused me to book the hotel! Staff were so kind and personable. Absolutely loved the breakfast - not sure if it was that amazing because it was Mother’s Day, or if it’s always like that - but 5 stars!

My only disappointment was no hot tub in the pool area!!! Guess I didn’t even notice that in the pictures. I saw there was a pool and assumed.

Really excellent hotel, the nicest we have stayed at on our road trip! Very clean and spacious room. Very nice bathroom. Had a meal downstairs that was delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was also very plentiful. We also appreciated the 12:00 checkout after a long day of drinking.

Honestly, there was nothing that could have been improved! We will look for more Hyatt Place locations on our road trip.

Clean and comfortable rooms; beautiful view of the lake; excellent breakfast; kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool. We were originally going to stay for two nights but had a change of plans and requested at the front desk when we arrived if we could change that to one night. The lady at the front desk was super accommodating and provided excellent customer service to make the adjustment.

Breakfast is 6am to 9am. Wish it were till at least 10am.

The property was convenient and close to restaurants and other amenities. It felt new, modern and clean. Our room was spacious for our family. Breakfast was delicious and had so much to choose from. The pool was also very nice.

The only negative would be the evening desk employee. She did not greet us nicely and right away asked for our last name. She seemed short and not overly friendly.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the couch, comfortable bed & pillow. Clean. Appreciated the breakfast & delicious coffee. Also took a walk on lake trail. Met a very pleasant housekeeper.

Noise from adjoining room was too loud, and could hear people talking in hallway late at night. Body wash in shower was empty. Toilet paper holder loose & poorly placed.

The room was clean and smelled good. The shower was fantastic with good pressure and long-lasting hot water. Very comfortable bed pillows. Room darkening blinds worked perfectly.

"Resturaunt/Bar" very disappointing. Only wine and beer at bar, very few options on the limited food menu. Heater in room was rather loud when kicking in, and the thermostat clicked very loud when cycling on and off (not good for a lite sleeper). Could also hear water lines banging in the wall when the shower was in use in the other room.
