This hotel is located close to the Tesla superchargers at HyVee Foods so being close to convenient charging was one of the reasons we chose the Holiday Inn Express. The facility was clean and quiet and the staff who greeted us was friendly. Breakfast area was clean and spacious and there was a good variety of foods from which to choose. The warm cinnamon rolls were wonderful!

Minor concern but there seemed to be a bit of a vibration in our room. Not sure if maybe we were located over a cooling/heating system but it was noticeable although not a big issue.

We were traveling to South Dakota and stopped for the night. Everything was expected from hotel chain. We used Holiday Inn Express nearly the whole time from Alabama to South Dakota and never found a problem with any of the hotels we stayed in. It's a great deal for the money. We get a free breakfast and always feel safe.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants (including an awesome Steakhouse I ate at for dinner). Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower and water pressure was great.

Nothing other than road construction making it a pain to get to.

The bed! It's HORRIBLE! It is too soft; all the coverings are satin or cheap stuff; awful! The Internet was not consistent; it was not fast and at times would disconnect.

The location was perfect. Lots of nearly restaurants to choose from without getting out of the immediate area. The desk clerk was fabulous, I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Beds were very comfortable.

No comments everything was great

They tried to put us close together but the room we were supposed to have was marked as cleaned but it was not yet. They were so full occupancy wise that we could understand. We were put in a like room on the next floor and that was fine…there was an elevator. Yay! (I don’t do stairs well.) Breakfast was more than I expected and very good too!

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the location was convenient to the highway.

Location is near many restaurants and shopping, but the traffic is bad since it's a very busy area.

Many hot choices for breakfast, just prepare for 9:30 cut off which means they start cleaning it up around 9:15.

There was a mixup with a rollaway we needed but the staff went above and beyond to help us out.

Everything was great. Great location. Great room. Great breakfast. One of the best breakfast that I've gotten from a hotel. Right down the street from the mall, Walmart and restaurants.

The lady that checked us in was a little rude.

The location was excellent, close to where i needed to be. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Staff were all great and the breakfast was excellent. Very pleased and definitely recommend!
