Check in was a breeze with the front desk clerk Eugene. Had a small issue with booking but Tina made sure it was corrected. I got reassurance from the GM that the issue was going to be taken care of. The room was nice and the jacuzzi was wonderful. The room was clean and fresh and the bed slept very well and was very peaceful. Hats off to a very wonderful experienced staff with great customer service.

The tissue holder was a little loose

It was quite. Except for a random person that pulled up and then knocked on random doors asking for a charger and then pulled off, No one else bothered us, it was like we forgot we were in a hotel. And when I bothered staff for towels bc I missed room service or the couple times I misplaced key, they accommodated me like it wasn’t the slightest of a bother.

No cameras

Jacuzzi room with smoking option is excellent.

Not enough towels. Too few pillows. Breakfast would be fine if it wasn't advertised. It's just a cereal machine. With 1 kind of cereal. Again price for a in room jacuzzi can't be beaten anywhere else.

Was super cheap and right off the highway. Friendly staff and decently clean spot. Comfortable bed too

Although the room didn’t smell of smoke. The top 2 covers had cigarette burns in them. Some of the furniture needs replacing.

The staff was very friendly & professional. Excellent customer service. Helped us to get into a pet friendly hotel right next door. Very accommodating. Close to restaurants. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Most of all, it was very safe to leave our stuff on the back of the vehicle cargo carrier with no worries. Highly recommended.

My only complaint is the towels. It was like drying off with sandpaper. Very rough. And also a cleaning person had come by on Sunday to ask if I needed anything and I said some clean towels, but he never came back

the room was nice sized & clean

The toilet didn’t flush at all - not good when you check in late@ 8 pm. go to dinner and find out toilet won’t flush when you are tired & turning in for the night. we had to wait until maintenance came in next morning. We had no shampoo in shower, only conditioner.

The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. There were many light sources. The breakfast room was contemporary and sharp looking. . Location was convenient. Daytime desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was a bust. Yogurt would have been nice. Coffee was good.

A spacious room, well-cleaned, with all the needed amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer. Wonderful water pressure and shower head. Quiet and comfortable. I was able to get a great night’s sleep.

Minor issues with a very poorly draining tub and squeaky bed frame. This did not unduly inconvenience me, because I was a solo traveler. If I had not been, then I could see how it might have caused some delays or inconvenience.

It was convenient to everything and mybroom was easy et être.

They don't allow pets and the room was clean except the floor. Vinyl flooring throughout my room and I definitely couldn't walk on it without shoes on. Also, just so you know, their "complementary breakfast" is cereal.
