The extra deposit fee of 60 bucks after I had already booked through a 3rd party

From the sweet little guy at check in (sorry I forgot his name) joking with me about our last name to Pamela, the manager, giving us an extra 30 minutes for my daughter to finish a zoom class,.it was all phenomenal. Bed super comfy. Shower nice and big. Room laid out well. Easy access to interstate, restaurants and shopping.

When we arrived the room was stuffy. Mind you, it felt like 1000° outside that day though. Turned the air setting to on and lowered the temp, it got cold quick! Definitely didn't alter our thoughts of the room. Pool says under construction, but didn't see any signs of work, once again didn't want to use it cause the weather was ridiculously hot.

The location was easy to get to off of the main road. Our room was close to the front door. We were able to get a last minute reservation and it was reasonable price wise.

Breakfast had fair options, limited options for my gluten allergy. They also did not have a cart to take things to the room wuth. Fortuanatly we had a fold up wagon with us and it suficed. Delivery options were slim, and oh yeah.... outdated. Please upsate the these as the price change and options were no longer available ( pizza place, cannot remember the name.)

The stay was exceptional! I would still be coming to this hotel, but I found another one with a hot breakfast. In the future, I will still book at this hotel due to the friendly and kind staff.

There was not one thing that I did not like about this hotel. Actually, the Manager called me by my name as I walked into the hotel for the third time visiting. Now that is customer service.

Everything was wonderful here. I needed peace and quiet and this place provided that for me. I was also lucky enough to get a discount on booking.

I personally have no complaints. I'm not a critic so I'm not even going to attempt to make one up.

The rooms are very clean. The kiing size bed oh my goodness! Very very comfortable. & the air conditioner is so cold, you would have to turn it down some or either off for a while. Great place to stay! 😀

I didn't like the fact that they don't have the iron available. Most people do not travel with their own iron. So I recommend if needed bring a travel iron with you. Oh yeah, it is a $60 deposit too.

There was a clean pool and the room was very nice.

There was some mixup on charging my card and I was going to pay with a debt card upon arrival and had reserved on a credit card. The credit card was charged.

The staff is always courteous and willing to help Pam and Jody always smiles like they love being thete.Makes my day

Friendly and helpful receptionist Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable Good value

They need to upgrade the pillows and provide 4 for each bed.

The staff was very nice and concerned that I was on a cane and had a second floor and even try to exchange the room for my comfort will definitely stay again

There was a werid smell like someone was smoking weed. There were not enough towel in the room for two people to take a bath with
