The continental/complimentary breakfast was satisfactory with a lot of choices. Loved the lighting options in the room! Comfy bed. Fitness center was nice.

The pool was cold, so we did not use it. Did not like the noise from all of the televisions (playing different stations) while eating breakfast; I sat as far away from them as I could.

I didn't just like it I loved it the room very comfortable

One of my only complaints was the bed and breakfast it really wasn't too much to choose from when it came to the hot food I wish it was like some sausage gravy biscuits there and some potatoes and the bacon was a little too thin

The hotel was so beautiful and it had everything you need for overnight stay. The lobby was so much fun and the people who were there were so kind and always helpful. We purposely would walk through the front door instead of the side door just to say high because they put us in a positive mood every day!

Everything was great but we wished the pool was out side - can't really do anything about that :)

The staff were amazing & the accommodations were great! Lived the pool & gym area! The eat & sip market is a great addition! The kids' favorite was, by far, the automatic pancake maker! We had a great stay!

The only thing would be the storage in the room. There are no drawers or a closet, but there is a place to hang things & a wall with a bunch of hooks that were super convenient

Very clean, very clean. Friendly staff. Our flight laned late and even drove into a hail storm. The night attendant had our room key waiting on us and already check in. So accomodating and understanding. Breakfast, room and amenities were as described. They even had a board with local favorites recommendations for food and leisure.

Everything was great

Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was hot and ready for us when we got up in the morning. Room was clean and nice. Only thing we had an issue with was the road access to the hotel. We used an Uber to get to the airport in Nashville and that worked great too. Nice place with plenty of places to eat nearby, even within walking distance if you don't want to deal with the traffic.

The road access was not great and traffic was bad. Thankfully there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and we were able to Uber wherever we needed to go.

Cleanliness of overall hotel and rooms, comfortable beds, great free breakfast, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Other than not having coffee in the room but the lobby had coffee brewing 24/7 so it wasn’t too big of an issue. Other than that, no complaints about this hotel.

Nice stay at a nice hotel. Rooms are small. Breakfast was good but very little overall seating available (get rid of the swinging chairs - they look nice but additional high tops would be much more functional). Breakfast was not crowded and yet no room to sit. They allow pets (We know because they were barking at 7:00am) Not good.

Centrally located. Loved the night light/low lighting in the bathroom.

Hardly any space between the desk chair and the bed. We are not very big but awkwardly tight to pass through unless the person at the desk gets up. Would have liked grits for breakfast.

I'm from Alabama where the weather is much warmer than Tennessee ..so after check in on 1/28 there was an older lady and a younger lady whom were nice during my check in but treated my children like they were thugs. It was very cold and snowing so my daughters walked into the building because me and my other kids were still getting our luggage from the car. They told them that they could not stand in the building and made them stand back outside in the cold. Then after we settled in the room my children went down to the lobby to buy snacks and they followed them around....that is not cool. This was my second stay here and I will not be staying again if this is what some innocent children have to go through. I'm still very pissed other than that the hotel is wonderful.
