The check in process was straight forward and simple. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and made us feel welcome. The room had plenty of room for the four of us. The downside of the room was the air conditioning seemed to not be working properly and struggled to keep the room as cool as I like, 70 degrees. There was what appeared to be mildew along the top of the room curtain which I didn't notice till we were checking out. Overall I would rate our stay an 8 out 10 just because of the staff that we did interact with.

Really looked forward to a jet spa bath after a 13 hour drive. The spa aspect did not work on our tub. also being on the top floor, when the buildings a\c system kicked in it was extremely noisy. The staff were fantastic and the cafeteria lady as always was very friendly. We received an e-mail the 1st night we checked in that we would not have housekeeping services until the 3rd day of our stay. We did receive housekeeping everyday though. That was an added plus.

It was a very convenient stop in our trip. I really liked that it was right next door to Sam’s for us to refuel before getting on the road.

No carpet on the floor in our room. I knows cleaner that way, but carpet on the floor in a bedroom is nice. Also, the comforters on the beds were very lumpy. I know comforters are nice, but in these all the filling has shifted to one spot, so they were lumpy.

Good location. Close to everything but not in the middle everything so you can come and go easily.

The front desk did not make people go by the pool rules. Large group of Mexican's took over the pool. They were drunk and very very loud. They had a large cooler of glass bottles. Sadly they were drunk with all their kids in pool. They were paying no attention to the kids. I told the front desk. They did go out there. But the group stayed loud and drunk at the pool. They had the pool from 4 until it closed! No one else got to use the pool.

Everything was fine.

The lamp on the table between the beds should have more than one outlet on each side. Two guests will likely use one outlet each to charge their phones. If someone has another appliance (such as a CPAP machine), there is no place to plug it in. It would be easy to provide a lamp designed with additional outlets to accommodate the number of devices that need power.

1) The location is south of the highway and town (not by much) but it makes for a quiet venue. 2) The staff are fabulous. In particular, Denise who is a charming southern (she said I must not call her lady) belle, and Lisa who is an actual force of nature, utterly irrepressible! Honourable mention to the gent who patrols at breakfast. 3) Lots of places to snack or grab a proper meal nearby, but you will need to take the car, as walking under the I-40 is not recommended. 4) Rooms are spacious, not overly fancy, with a fridge (no freezer) and microwave. And for us Brits, blessed be, a proper sized tub you can soak in. 5) The laundry room is more than useful, but load up on quarters for both washing and drying.

No problems here.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast well stocked with good variety of items.

A guest had a dog, took it out and tracked in dog “*#&@“ from back door into elevator on the right, maybe a 8’ trail. I reported it to the front desk, went to breakfast. It had not been cleaned 20 minutes later and reported it again, this time to the breakfast attendant. She got it cleaned up. It appeared she did her best with the rug at the door. Although the actual cause of the incident was not the hotel’s fault, their lack of an instant response was disappointing.

The staff was awesome especially the lady that checked us in. The lady that came in the next morning was good to. The bed and breakfast was great.

The one that checked me out wasn't as friendly. She told me to in the future if I use a card for payment their is a 50$ service charge guess that in the really fine print. The fridge didn't work real good but it done the job.

The staff was excellent we had a problem with booking and the confirmation..the hotel never received it so I had to book it thru tho hotel and paid way too much that night but the receptionist done everything he could to help

The animals and the price goes sky high when something big happens the first night we stayed it was supposed to of been apx 170 well since they never received my confirmation from booking I had to book straight thru ended up paying apx 330 because of a softball tournament.

The lady who checked us in was very very nice and she loved every furry pet that came in and the doggie treat bag was nice and the information on the sheet were vets and dog parks around the area. The breakfast was exceptional good biscuit’s that melted in your mouth everything was good.
